Sure, I have bad experiences at Freebirds. But also have had fantastic times there. I will never not desire Freebirds. And with my service industry history, don't think that will ever change.
Casual shout-out this time for the employees making sure my veggie chorizo having plenty of potatoes in the portions. Appreciate the effort in consistency.

Was a wait I get it new staff once they got started. They did good food & service was great facility was clean. They got the best tortilla chips ever🤤
Becoming more and more fan of this chain! I dare to say better than Chipotle! This location was another great one. Staff super friendly and through with our order. Usually burritos are messy but this one was wrapped so well that was easy peazy. I would just point out cleanest was more like a 4/5.
I had the pork burrito and it was very good. They have quite a few choices of sauces and salsa and the portions of the ingredients are generous.
Every time I come here the service is excellent. Friendly people and they make suggestions that are actually helpful. I decided to leave a review tonight because the service had been repeatedly great. They deserve a 5 star review, so here it is! Thanks for the nacho suggestion :)
What’s not to love about a hot and fresh burrito with all the traditional accoutrements (guacomole, pico de gallo, cheese, sour cream, etc)? This location (on Burnet Road in Austin) is well maintained and the staff are friendly and efficient. Overall, a great place for a quick and delicious meal.
Y’all give Gary a raise pleaseeeeee. That’s an employee you’d be sorry to lose. He has some serious burrito skills too. He was the only one we interacted with and I was very pleased. Thank you, Gary!
Super fresh tortilla chips, queso that has a kick but is not too spicy. The tomatillo sauce was perfect. The burrito was tasty. I asked for pico and corn salsa on the side and they did so which I was pleasantly surprised.
