Let me start off with I have tried this restaurant twice and haven’t liked it before. Think they’re amped their menu and I LOVE IT! I only had a salad but the sweet and salty of the strawberries and candied pecans has made me want to try their menu again.

Food was fresh and tasted as good as it did twenty or more years ago. They have not changed like most companies and or fast food restaurants have. Schlotzsky's sandwiches are hot/warm, the service is great and the folks smile.

I just wanna give a shout out to a gentleman named James that works at this Schlotzsky on slaughter and Congress Avenue. Every time that I come through the drive-through I have an amazing customer service from this gentleman.When I pull up he always greets me and is always smiling. This is the only reason why I come to this location just because James always has wonderful customer service. Thank you so much James for your wonderful customer service.

I have to share about the excellent service I received today in drive through. (3:42pm) Employee James (per my receipt) was kind and courteous from the start of my order to handing over to me. James went above and beyond today. James had no way of knowing I was having a stressful day, and his customer service skills and kind gesture definitely made my day better immediately after interacting with him. THANK YOU JAMES AND other employees. My meal was freshly made add delicious! Lemonade was delicious too! I’ll be back!

Really solid schlotskys location! They are never super busy and keep a relatively clean location. The sandwich’s deliver in spades here, highly recommend if you are a fan and want a great after workout sandwich or food before heading to HEB or exploring south austin.

Schlotzsky's always has the best sandwiches in town... but this location on south congress and slaughter ln are the best!!
Besides the meals the concept of the restaurant is incredibly 👌 😍 😋.
I honestly think this is the best of the schlotzsky's locations.
Super clean, organized, fast, efficient, great quality on everything but the most important thing was the service.
The lady who was as cashier was very nice and professional, she seemed like she knew all about the Manu and answered all my a questions...
And the guy who seemed like a manager/ owner...!!?? Was son nice and attractive with everyone who was there.. even with his employees..!!
Seemed like he makes a great atmosphere to work with..!!
I got the fiesta mexicana large sandwich 🥪 😋
And as usual was super delicious!!
I guess this location will be my new favorite place to enjoy my sandwiches!!

LOVE this location! The food is delicious and I enjoyed the vibe. The employees are very delightful and kind! Definitely going back! It’s also a great place to study because it has multiple outlets by the tables. Food came out fast and truly made my day lotz better!!!!
