Great burger and fries. Cheese curds. The ice cream desserts are always good. Customer service is better than most fast food restaurants, especially burgers. Especially like the other options on the menu (fish, chicken strips, etc.) - can't always have a burger.

Great food, great burgers, awesome custards... AND they have gluten free bun! The price was awesome too and so was the service. Very happy with our experience.

Sometimes, the vanilla custard comes out sandy, but the chocolate is always smooth.
Otherwise, a good group of kids and a familiar space I grew up visiting.
I give Culvers 1 star off that I would put back if they could figure out the custard machine, or clean it, heavens forbid its from improper cleaning...
Probably new people not knowing it like the original crew knew how to. It has been a crew rotation worthy amount of time. Just speculation.
Just go for choco till the nilla cream hits the scene, no rocks clean stream. Ya dream?

Hagar stopped me as I was leaving in my vehicle with carryout to remind me I was forgetting my drinks. She then went back in filled them for me and brought them back out! They weren’t even the one who helped me with my carryout inside. The food isn’t anything to write home about. Good food in a time crunch. Customer service 10/10!

This place is great for the food, however, as far as the atmosphere goes I overheard a higher up man treat poorly a fellow co-worker which was a young kid, which was being ridiculed and belittled by him. It was so embarrassing for all who heard. This young man is very courteous each time we are there and doesn't deserve this treatment.

Their custard is really good, compares just as great as Buffalo custard. BUT their lemon ice is THE BOMB!!!!! I really wish they had it all year long…. Summertime just isn’t long enough and I have to pack my freezer to last all winter long!!!

Probably one of the best quality fast food places around the Austin area. Staff is very friendly and efficient. Burgers are juicy, fries are great, as are the shakes and ice cream. Treat yo’ self… go to Culver’s.

Trying the Culvers on William Cannon Drive for the first time and it's excellent as usual for Culver's Restaurants. They have a winning system and I wish there were more Culver's in more States. They're becoming my favorite hamburger, love those Butter Burgers, such a great taste, the quality of everything they have is high quality. Really can't say anything bad about them. If you've never been in a Culver's highly recommended

Tasty burgers with crispy edges on the patty and super veggies. Excellent service and nice atmosphere inside. Crinkle cut fries were nice and hot. Peanut butter milkshake so good. Definitely one of our favorite burger places in the area.

I was a bit disappointed that they stopped serving their fried chicken, they had really good fried chicken that was flavorful and not greasy. Instead I got the cod dinner, a bit on the slightly greasy side but the fillets were large, plenty of meat. I'll come back for more.

Very food! The burger was very home style and well smashed with even crust. The spicy chicken was very yummy. The shake was silky and thick in texture, very good in taste.
I honestly enjoyed everything. The vibe inside a little like a comfortable diner.
