Burgerfi

no aspect of the burger was good, It was cooked well and prepared nicely but the flavor was terrible. The only redeeming things were the parmesan garlic fries that we're above average and the oreo shake which was one of the best shakes I've ever had. However, for $18.56 total it is extremely overpriced. The employees were very friendly though please give them a raise

Went in for National Cheeseburger day. Thought it would be a good value. I was correct. Burgers were tasty, service fast and friendly. Had order placed to go. Packaging was not what I expected. Was almost too much, but appreciated. Plan on reusing to go bags. Will be returning to try the varied menu.

Food is delicious! I've been here a few times already and every time I come I'm always happy with the quality. Angela was very nice, even if it seems she's a bit overworked, and she was very accomodating to my very specific burger requests. If you want a good burger, come here! Oh, and the custard is really good too.

I go to the San Antonio locations often, but from the few times that I have stopped in to eat at the BurgerFi in Austin, I can honestly say that the service is phenomenal. Especially today which was National French Fry Day. The Managers definitely know what they are doing because the entire staff was getting out there. It was extremely packed, and they still managed to serve me the same quality food, and service that I know, love, and receive on any other day. I've seen a lot of people in the food industry panic under pressure when they are put in that position, but this location professionally held it down. Hoping to see one in New Braunfels one day. Until then, I really appreciate everything y'all do!
