Amazing! Our bartender/server was Sean and it was great service! This was my first time to Pluckers and it was mind blowing!! Literally the best wings I’ve ever had. I got the wings naked but with a dry rub that was amazing!! Can’t wait for the new San Antonio location! 😋 crispy outer skin with moist chicken bits inside
The staff here is the best! Plus the wings are great. I can order/pay for just 5 which is all I can eat unlike most places where an order is 10-12. Feels like a neighborhood bar. My kind of place.
Casual restaurant with 'Diner' vibe. we tried Batman & other cocktails and some sandwiches. They have few veg options including sandwich and burger. My sandwich tasted average and simple.
We only come to this place for wings, even though with all the noise you can't hear the person serving you, we were able to get them. the objective was met
Looking for a place to watch Thursday night football? You're assured they'll have the game here!
The food was great, as we've come to expect from Pluckers! Best wings ever ... maybe only second to wings IN Buffalo, but with so many sauces to choose from. Everyone in your party can find something to make them happy!
Bryce did a phenomenal jobtaking care of us. We were shocked to learn that hes only been working there 2 months!! The manager Jamie came to check on everyone and was the best!!
Recently, for Monday Night Football, a friend and I visited Pluckers Wing Bar (Research Boulevard Location).
It was busy on a Monday night at 6pm and by the time we left, all of the bar seats were full for Monday Night Football.
I had a coupon for 5 Free Wings, which I had earned by attending a University of Texas basketball victory. To use the coupon, you must order at least $2 of additional food, which was easy to do given all the menu options.
My friend had the Teriyaki BBQ wings with waffle fries, and I had the Buffalo Hot wings with tater tots.
I love the Buffalo Hot sauce; it literally sets my lips on fire, but that is what I crave. The wings were hot, juicy and crispy - the perfect mixture for a chicken wing.
Pluckers is definitely my favorite wing spot in Austin - although I prefer the Pluckers on South Lamar or in West Campus in terms of location.
Decent food and decent service. I had dry rub Cajun wings and my kiddos had spicy ranch dry rub. The wings were good and cooked well, but there was very little seasoning on either flavor. The beer was ice cold and delicious though.
Stopped in to meet up with a friend and catch a game. We sat at the bar because that's our preference, but they had plenty of tables both regular and tall. My veggie sandwich was kinda bland , but still enjoyable and my friend had wings with hot sauce on the side. Their hot sauce was super spicy and I like spicy haha. Their tater tots were on point! Will come again!
Awesome atmosphere. We went yesterday and it felt like a whole different place than a couple of months ago. Don’t know what changed, but keep it up. Great service and our food came out fast and hot.
Good wings, not great. For a wing place like this I was expecting to be blown away. Service was very good however. 34oz beers are nice and cold though.
Covid-19 review:
They did great with cleaning and verifying everyone's temperature before being let into the building.
There was a very short wait about 10 minutes and again there was enough space outside to distance safely.
The tables are separated enough to comply with social distance.
I loved the bar area and it was not to busy when I went. Great drink specials on Modelo.
Food was great as always. You know what to expect from plucker's so I'm letting the pictures speak for themselves.
Ailee gave us the best service we’ve ever had at a Pluckers, and in general! Promote her to CEO as quick as you can! The food was also bomb, but that’s a given.
