Not a bad mom & pop BBQ joint. I had the 2 meat plate and it was $19.99. Would have liked a little more mat but what I had was good. I picked brisket & sausage. My sides were baked beans & green beans.

I moved north and had not had a chance to grab some food .. I was in the area so I had to stop in .. I'm sure glad nothing changed food is always on point and people always friendly.. keep up the good work guys
Another hidden Austin Gem. I have been everywhere in town for BBQ and have driven to Memphis in May for comparison ; Amazing brisket and sausage all the time! Support old school Austin when you get a chance by stopping here. Thank you Vic's family and staff for great food every time!

The attention was very friendly. The place is an old style, but the brisket was very dry, the salad was good, the ribs were normal. It seems to me that the prices are the same as other normal BBQs in the city, but the food is not that good.

Don't you like when you stumble into one of those places and either because you didn't know it was there or you overheard somebody talk about eating there. Great BBQ! I have been here several times. I have ordered the pork ribs, beef ribs, brisket and Elgin Sausage. The potato salad and coleslaw is also on point. I will continue to stop by at least twice a month! Service is fast and friendly. Picture is of Beef rib -Friday special.
