Cupprimo Cupcakery

I hosted a Pop-up kids art event this weekend at Cupprimo & it was such a hit! Amy and everyone at Cupprimo was so accommodating during the entire process, they even had no issues when my headcount went from 16 to 20 at the last minute! They served delicious mini holiday cupcakes during the event which made it extra fun. We all had a wonderful time. Thanks again guys!!

We absolutely love Amy, Brad and the whole Cupprimo staff! The delicious cupcakes would be reason enough to frequent this cute cafe but the friendly staff truly make this a gem in the community. Amy’s cupcakes of daily and rotating flavors are SO good, and I love the mini sizes they also come in. They take custom orders as well for whatever you’re celebrating; the unicorn cake Amy made for my daughter’s birthday was beautiful, so tasty, and the hit of the party. And they hit our grown up and kid beverage needs with coffee, amazing chai lattes, and hot chocolate. Highly recommend a visit to Cupprimo!

Today I got the Heath Bliss gluten free cupcake and a toffee nut latte. I always get a different cupcake (I want to try them all!) and they’re always deliciously artful. I am impressed by the variety of flavors they have for their gluten free cupcakes, and I can’t even tell they’re gluten free. I’ve been gluten free for over 16 years (celiac) so it’s really nice to be able to come in and feel included instead of an afterthought. And I’m always wowed how good the drinks are. There’s lots of choices in coffee shops here in Austin, and I do try new ones often, but this is one I keep coming back to. The staff was very welcoming and friendly. I like the laid back vibe here too.

I’ve been shopping at Cupprimo since 2018 for our company’s events. They’ve always been wonderful and so cheerful to work with. When the opportunity came up for my fiancés birthday, I knew who to go to. Per usual they didn’t disappoint. Instead, they took it to a whole new level. Shout out to Amy for pulling a gluten free and tree nut free cake out of thin air. We sent over a very specific image and they matched it wonderfully. Yall. Stop looking all over google reviews. The service and the quality of Cupprimo’s cakes just can’t be beat. We ordered our gender reveal cake from them and they were incredible. They walked us through the process over the phone, the cake was ready by the next day because they knew we were excited to found out and the owner, Amy even walked me to my car with the cake. The cake itself was beautiful and thoughtfully made and tasted fantastic. The cake and the service we received truly made this occasion for our family unforgettable. Cupprimo is a must try shop.

Great cupcakes and even greater customer service. I googled the best cupcakes in Austin when looking for something for my daughter's first birthday. Cupprimo was one of the top rated options. I'm not really a cake person so I went in person to taste a few things and one of the owners helped me choose the best options for the birthday party. They spent extra time giving me guidance and letting me taste things. When I picked up my custom order the other owner was there and continued the excellent customer service experience. I also ended up buying some of their mini breakfast quiches which were delicious. The cupcakes were a great hit and we love that they have gluten free and boozy options. Something for everyone!
