I was at AfroTech this year and I checked in at the Fairmont. I decided to checkout the Fulton and I was pleasantly surprised. I ordered the Smoked Brisket Sliders, they came with sweet potato fries. My family is from Lockhart and I am a documented barbeque snob, trust me when I tell you these sliders were on point! They were moist, well seasoned and the cut wasn't fatty. The fries were delicious and actually crispy! I cannot remember the name of the drink, but it was a delicious gin cocktail 🍸. This was a great option for a light lunch in luxe setting and I plan to go again. 10/10, put on a cute outfit, come downtown and treat yourself to something nice.

I was nervous with the 3.9 star overall review but I was stuck prepping PowerPoints after a hotel stay at Fairmont. I had lunch here on Sunday and I was pleasantly surprised with their chicken & broccolini and roasted carrots. Reasonably priced and portioned, well prepared and seasoned. Very very good.

Such a great spot for drinks….from top to bottom the menu is fantastic. The whole hotel is beautiful. Close to all the bars in Austin, so you are right in the middle of all the action.

I stayed at the Fairmont for a business conference. The food, drinks, and live music kept me coming back! I traveled alone, and it was so nice to not have to leave the hotel for a decent meal. Highly recommend.

Decent burger and fry at the price you'd expect for this type of hotel. I recommend dining in the evening for the ambiance. If able though I'd recommend going offsite for dining unless you just don't want to lose your parking space lol. Good service and decent meal. I did enjoy the cowboy cookie! I didn't even taste the coconut which is a plus for me.

Love the cocktail called the Soul Reviver - boozy + delicious! (Tony was a cheerful and friendly bartender!) Make it a double and head to the hot tub during the cooler months. ❄ If you appreciate a properly grilled vegetable, the brocollini is out of this world (I always want 2 orders). Tried the Gemelli pasta with pesto and ricotta (hold the pancetta) tonight, also delicious! It was a busy Friday night but my server, Rick, was very attentive and made sure everything was perfect and I didn't feel rushed at all. In fact, all of the staff seemed to be diligently working and accommodating guests. Love the Fairmont, I'll be back 💃

My friend is on vacation in Austin, Texas and they stopped here to eat. She said the food was so good I needed to post these pics on google maps to let the people know!😊She loves onion soup, literally orders it whenever available, and said this place knows how to do it right👍🏼

We recently stayed at the Fairmont and went each night to the Fulton bar. We got to try several drinks (most of the specialty cocktails) and all were good (some better than others). The place is nice and although there weren't many people, the service was just "ok".
They had live music on Saturday night.
Our favorite drinks were the Amigos old fashioned, Chai Tai and a Paloma (not on the menu).
The experience could be improved with more personable service.

I actually had a good time at Fulton. I was in between things so stayed for a little drink and snacks at the bar area lounge. The live music was great. Éliette was my server and she was excellent. I would stop by here again.
