Ok best customer service in my life to date. So in my true form i waited until literally the last minute to buy a dress for an event for my son. I ran in on friday, rushed everyone around trying to get out as quick as possible for another appointment. Today (sat) we had to be at the event at 1015am. I rushed around and got 3 kids dressed and when I finally pulled the dress out of the bag at 945 and put it on it still has the giant plastic security tag on it �. Black dress, white security tag. We called Nordstrom to see if they could instruct us how to remove. Not only did they get back to us before store hours but they actually sent a customer service manager out to me at the event location to remove it!!!!! I could not believe it. Amazing! Thank you thank you!

I've shopped here for years but was recently impressed by the customer service. An item I ordered was cancelled due to it being out of stock. I did an email survey and one of the managers, Vanessa F, called me personally and helped me. She was awesome and I was super thankful! You will rarely get that kind of customer service anywhere. That's why I love Nordy!
I was undecided on which pair of black boots I wanted or size I needed. I ordered several pair from the Anniversary sale online then arrived in store to pick them up. Brandon saw me waiting, recognized me, smiled and dashed to the back to retrieve four large boxes. He then spent the next 45 minutes with me while I tried them all on. He also recommended four additional pair he thought I might like. In the end, we landed in the shoe department where I chose two pair I liked. Once again, Brandon went above and way beyond the call of duty. Five stars!
The only place to go for #1 service and fantastic clothes!!! Have been a proud Nordstrom customer for over 15 years...loved it so much I had to work there, and almost 4 years later, I love it more than ever! ;)

The gentleman at the Le Labo counter was absolutely amazing! He showed me some scent combos, their newest fragrance, and even gave me some samples! His customer service is amazing and I will be returning!
I like to get some perfume there and the price difference from Macy. Macy, the price is more expensive than the online. It surprised me. So I need to change it after l bought in Nordstrom. Nordstrom, I got Suki always sweet try to help me the 1st time and until now. I trusted her because she gave me a good deal. If you guys are there looking for her and you will be happy, not mad if you ask a lot of price. She is happy to sell....

All the staff here were so nice and helpful. And even tho they work on commission, NOT one of them was pushy. That is a sign of good management. Frank, Maria, Patrick and EVERYONE i spoke to on the first floor were outstanding. Even the folks at the Nordtrom Coffeebar were great.
Next time i will see if the second floor folks (and cafe) are up the the same standards 🤔😏
They were sold out of what I came in for (that the website showed was in stock), so I went elsewhere to make my purchase. The staff seemed a bit overworked and less than patient, but I can't fault them too much for that considering that it's Christmas season, after all.
Dana in the women’s section helped me for over an hour pick out my whole new summer wardrobe. I told her my size and style and she nailed it! As I was still browsing, she put together outfits and had them waiting for me in the dressing room. Such a neat touch! I ended up buying majority of the pieces she picked out. Will def be coming back to her for my fall wardrobe.
I needed a dress for an upcoming wedding and I had never been to a Nordstrom before so I thought I’d give it a try. I was immediately helped and shown around the store, was asked my personal style and was overwhelmed by the genuine care everyone provided. Hope took such good care of me and went way above and beyond to make sure I found a dress for my event. Thank you SO MUCH!!!
High-end, good quality merchandise items. Clean and well lit, nice floor interiors, and that inviting ambiance to look around and shop. The staff at the men’s wear section as well as on colognes are attentive.
Marissa was amazing!! She was so sweet and helped me when I couldn’t find a top in my size. Literally walked me all around trying to help me find another one similar to it. She was so kind, I had to write a review to acknowledge her. Marissa keep it up, we need more people like you. <3

Particularly love the E Cafe. Their lattes are better than Starbucks
