I am lucky enough to work for Dogwood West 6th. They have some of the best owners, management, and bartenders/staff anywhere on 6th. The owners are social entrepreneurs, always helping out charities when they can. The work they have given me has helped me surpass financial hardships and given me new opportunities. I personally strive everyday to make this place better than it was yesterday. Come see it for yourself. We won't disappoint.

OK so the mimosas are absolutely phenomenal and I am not sure what I ordered. I think it was called and I work out and then we got the loaded the overall potatoes I don’t know what it’s called but hold the gravy on that deal it was so cheesy y’all want to tell you this food is absolutely great . That chicken was seasoned like nobody’s business. The ambience & music & entertainment… it was great experience from start to finish. This is the place to be & a great brunch spot. Come join the dogwood crowd.
New in Austin and I was looking for a place to watch The Ohio State Buckeye game. Dogwood was highly recommended. I showed up and was very pleased to see Buckeye Nation representing in full force! I stay outside to watch the game. The bartender did an amazing job and kept me refreshed! The staff really hustled. I had a great time and will go back. I did not order food, but the plates i saw looked good. GO BUCKS!
I’ve been going to Dogwood for brunch and weekends for years, at both locations. Depending when you go the vibe is completely different which is nice in my opinion. Dogwood is dog friendly obvi, and is a go to for sports games. On the weekend nights it is more of a dancing club bar vibe. During the day its casual wear and mimosas/beer. So you can go for whatever vibe you like! The cocktails are def not my favorite around. I mainly go for the bar food, and mimosas. I love most of the food items and they come in huge portions. Its a go to spot for me and friends for brunch, or a game, but not really my vibe for a weekend night. Def go check it out for yourself though! The southern comfort food always hits. I personally enjoy the buffalo dip, breakfast fries with gravy, and the chicken tenders (:
Nice spot to hang when the weather is nice. In the afternoon is nice and shady. Our bottle service was nice but I thought it was odd that we couldn’t place food orders with her and we had to do it at the bar.
Good outdoor seating, with a great bartender who was working alone, and she handled the patrons with ease. Good place to go for sports TV. Plenty of TVs! Queso Blanco was outstanding. Menu is limited, but sliders and quesadilla are good.
This review is specifically for the server named Destiny. She went above and beyond to serve me and my friend. It was Halloween weekend and she did amazing. 5 stars
There for the unofficial sxsw show for the Patrice Pike band..🎶💓greeted by the door bouncer with a smile, fabulous time!.. enjoyed the show on the patio, great for unwinding from a long day. I think I left my hat tho it was worth it. Kind patrons and Staff.
