Blaze Pizza

Their dough is good. Many options, I come here at least 3 times a month. I usually build my own pizza. Very generous with their toppings. I love their cauliflower crust, and they have keto crust too. It’s not the best keto crust but, hey it’s there. You know what I mean? Definitely worth a try and the pricing is reasonable! Also, very quick!!

We arrived around 8 PM, thinking they closed at 10 PM according to Google. While we were already dining, they informed us they were closing at 9 PM. Unaware, our friend was on the way to meet us so he hadn’t eaten yet. Fortunately, the tall guy with long hair kindly assisted us in placing our final order for our friend, going above and beyond. DELICIOUS and great price! “Build your own” for just over $10 and add as many items (and as much of them) as you want!!! … all the traditional toppings with lots of variety (ie, green, black, Kalamata olives!) plus, roasted garlic, roasted broccoli, vegan cheese, pesto, etc! I get my pizza well done and the freshly made crust is perfectly crisp and fabulous!!! They have salads, brownies, and cookies, too. 😊 Order ahead and pick up in the restaurant - your order will be sitting ready on a shelf to grab and go! 🏃‍♂️ Will and the rest of the staff will make you a SCRUMPTIOUS pizza! BTW, you might be shocked, and unimpressed, by the look of the pizza dough once it’s freshly pressed. But trust me, you won’t be disappointed in this perfectly baked, crispy AND chewy, crust!!! FABULOUS!🙌🏻

My family and I recently visited this Blaze Pizza location and had a great experience. I heard that they have a keto-friendly option, and I was glad to find that they do indeed have a pretty low carb “keto” crust. While it’s not perfectly keto because it is made with “cultured brown rice,” it is still fairly low carb and made with better-than-average ingredients. When I built out my pizza on their nutrition calculator, my entire pizza came out to 27g net carbs versus the same pizza with their original crust at 96g net carbs! My husband and I both ordered the keto crust and it was surprisingly larger than expected. We were able to pick our own toppings and make the pizza exactly how we wanted it all included in the price, which is great because I love a ton of toppings (I think they are around $15 each). The workers were extremely friendly and helpful and were happy to give me extra toppings when I asked. The portions are generous and the selection of toppings is exceptional. I had some original red sauce and some spicy red sauce, mozzarella, goat and ricotta cheese (see video for cheesy goodness) tomatoes, garlic, onion, spinach, red peppers, banana peppers, olives, pepperoni, bacon and more! I could have easily made the pizza with 10 additional toppings, but that probably would have been overkill. The pizza was cooked to perfection and it was delicious. Do note that the crust is a little bland, but it was not too bad. I would suggest maybe putting some seasoning on the crust before the sauce if you like it to be pretty flavorful, but with the amount of toppings I put on mine the crust was not really noticeable. Also, the edges do get pretty toasted but it is still good in our opinion. It was extremely filling and I was only able to eat half of my pizza! I would definitely recommend Blaze Pizza to anyone who is looking for a keto-friendly or lower carb pizza option. We will be back again soon. *Disclaimer: I'm not sure if I'm laughing because I'm enjoying trying the pizza for the first time or because I have cheese all over my face! Either way, it’s really funny to watch!*

Everyone in our family enjoys going to Blaze Pizza. No small feat with 3 kids of varying ages. Everyone can get whatever kind of pizza they like, all at a price that I can appreciate. What sets Blaze apart though is the staff. They are always friendly, and even when it's very busy, they get the orders through quickly. They really do deserve extra recognition. One small nitpick though... There's a lightbulb in the dining room that's been flickering on and off for many months. Can you get that replaced?

Can't give Blaze enough stars. It's the only place my 10-year-old son and I can enjoy a pizza together. He's allergic to eggs, dairy, and peanuts - they offer dairy and egg free crust as well as vegan cheese! So very thankful for the allergy friendly options. Staff is always incredibly kind too!
