Have never been to this location. What a perfect treat. Nice breeze from the hills on their patio seating. The burger was cooked to perfection; juicy and full of flavor! Fries were nicely seasoned! And the hot chicken bites were delicious!! Everything was perfect, including the cleanliness and service. We'll be returning.

Hat Creek Burger Company is the best place in town to get a delicious burger. The burgers are made with fresh, high-quality ingredients and cooked to perfection. I always get the Hat Creek Original, which is topped with cheddar cheese, bacon, and their signature fry sauce. The fries are also amazing - they're crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside. In addition to the great food, the service at Hat Creek Burger Company is also excellent. The staff is friendly and attentive, and they always make sure that my order is correct. I also appreciate that the restaurant is clean and well-maintained. Overall, Hat Creek Burger Company is a great place to go for a delicious and affordable burger. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a casual dining experience.

are you looking for a tasty burger place that pretty much has everything you could ask for? well, hat creek, in my opinion has it all. tasty burgers, yes. outdoor seating with tvs, yep! outdoor play area for your kids, absolutely. oh and don’t forget they have beer, wine, and margs. not sure what more you could want!

I wanted to praise the whole crew at the West Lake location. We ordered 10 hot dogs on the day they had the $1 special. Fernando called and let me know they only had 9 available for my pick up time, he offered me a later pick up time and was very sincere in his message. He offered to throw in a extra order of French fries for the trouble. When I picked up the order everyone was friendly and genuine, which is amazing knowing that they had probably been super busy the whole day making hot dogs. I feel total confidence in ordering there in the future and know that it will be a great experience!

This was my first visit to Hat Creek. It was good overall. Personally, I don't think any hamburger should be $9, but they looked good, and my family liked them. And it would be nice to have more than one 1-patty burger option. I actually had the $1 hotdog special with sweet potato fries. It was all very good. Overall, it was a good lunch experience.

This place is delicious! I love their French fries, they’re crispy and seasoned well with seasoning salt. Everything was really hot and the customer service was great! I also like that you can order some wine or beer when you in dine and you can order a bottle of wine through the drive thru. I went to this location in Austin and I hope there’s one near me in Dallas! Loved it!

Hat Creek is the epitome of a great hamburger spot for a few reasons. First, they have a wider selection of burgers to choose from such as: - Big Hat Burger (Double Meat): their take on the classic double cheeseburger and they load it nicely. Filling portion at a great price. ($8) - 4.25/5 - Sombrero: a spicy double cheeseburger made up of pepper jack, jalapeños, grilled onions, and Yellowbird hot sauce ($8) - 4/5 Next, they have a few great items beyond just fries and sodas such as: - Fried Pickles: I like how they do fried pickle slices over spears since you get a good ratio of pickle to breading! ($5) - 4.25/5 - Tater Tots: always fun to see tots on the menu and I usually go for these over fries when I can ($3) - 4.25/5 - Grasshopper: a mint syrup, Oreo shake which was phenomenal. Definitely a top shake I’ve had in town! ($4.50) - 5/5 Also what’s nice here is that they have 3 made-in-house sauces you can choose from. Happy Sauce is mustard-based and pairs well with the savory, meatiness of the Big Hat. Hat Sauce has more of a kick, so pair that with Sombrero to enhance it. Lastly, the Fry Sauce which is creamier goes great with the tater tots! All in all, they have some great qualities and some amazing ones. I was highly satisfied with my visit and would be back! That said, I rate them a 4.25/5!

Great establishment tucked away right off Bees Cave Rd and the 360. They provide both indoor and outdoor dining as well as a good sized playground for children. Burgers are a decent size and moderately priced. The attendant was very friendly and definitely a local Texan which is always a plus. I had the Little Hat burger with added cheddar. The burger might have tasted a bit better in my opinion had it been warmer but we went with a group of people and waited until everyone had their food. I'd return perhaps not to this location because of the distance from my home but the experience was great.

I love this place. They have an incredibly friendly staff, the service is fast and the food is tasty. I've never had a bad meal here. They have indoor seating and a wonderful outdoor covered patio and separate covered picnic tables. It is kid friendly with family bathrooms. The burgers are a little pricey but fresh and made to order so to me it's worth it.Just a warning it gets packed at lunch so you might want to eat an early or a late lunch to avoid the crowd. You absolutely should try this burger joint if you are in Austin.
