This place has a great patio, interesting wall art, and an intimate vibe because of the faux hacienda roof. The mood is very good. This Maudies restaurant offers comfort food from South Austin and has a lot to offer.

I can say this is pretty good food, for probably being the only Hispanic person in there besides the staff😁. Love this classic Tex-Mex place, their menu is big and have lots of lunch specials. happy hour Monday through Friday is pretty great too. our server Chris was extremely helpful and made the whole experience really great. Plus, the Mexican martinis are strong and delicious.
