We had a wonderful experience. Started out with the cheese fondue then the protein entrees with sauces and ended with the flaming chocolate turtle fondue. Our server Cammy was very friendly, accommodating and overall she made our first timer experience superb. Highly recommend this spot, especially ideal for date nights.

We went with a large group for a friend's birthday and it was awesome. Made the staff aware of my shellfish allergy and they took steps to assure I would have an enjoyable experience. The staff are so nice and really made it memorable. Jonnie was our waiter and she is awesome. The food was amazing.

Food is decent good for one time experience. We were group of 8 people and 2 of them didn't want fondue and jump to entree our waitress said we serve in order so they will serve entree after fondue but after requesting she served both at same time. Experience can be better but they made it complicated with minimum order and pricing

This is an ABSOLUTE must for a date night! Perfect customer service, they totally take care of you and can handle any situation. My wife’s birthday was made perfect by the amazing cheese sauce, to die for broth, and almost tear inducing banana’s foster! I cant rave enough about how well every aspect of this experience was. Let’s just say they’re going to start knowing us by first name.

We had a really good time tonight, we had never been before. I had seen an ad to book their “Thursdate” deal so that’s what got us interested in going. All 4 courses were super tasty, I had the house cab it was $14 for 8oz and it was super good for a house wine. Our server Hanna was very nice, she said she had only been there 3 wks but she knew the menu very well, one of the best servers we’ve ever had honestly, very professional and attentive. Overall a 10/10 experience, we’ll definitely be back!

Oh my goodness! This was our first time eating here and it was absolutely amazing! The food, the atmosphere, AND the service was sincerely superb and I most definitely recommend eating here! Our server was Hannah B., and it was only her 4th day working but she was amazing, so sweet and sociable! Thank you, Melting Pot, for truly giving us a unique and fun dining experience!

Amazing food and atmosphere! This place is managed so well - I'm usually not the biggest fan of chain restaurants, but this one had a much different feel. Everyone has a smile, everyone is helpful and our server was AMAZING! Elizabeth took such great care of us from recommending food, to making sure we understood the menu and how to cook our meal, to letting the manager know we were celebrating (they came with champagne). It was a great experience in customer service - which in this day and age, can be very hard to come by!

We eat fondue regularly, at home. This was our first time to eat at The Melting Pot, and we will definitely go back. The atmosphere is very romantic and relaxed. The entire event was almost 3 hours from start to finish. Dining the way it should be. The waiter was excellent and knowledgeable. The food was fantastic. I was surprised with how much food we got, especially the meat. Key take aways for other people...1. prices with tip are high, but consider the quantity, quality and the entire 3 hour experience, it is worth every penny. 2. It can take 3 hours! Don't go if you're in a hurry! Enjoy the experience.
