Ordered a jalapeño sausage cheese kolache and a sweet blueberry danish. Both hit the spot and were very filling! I'll be back to try the just egg breakfast kolache next.

When looking for a bakery that provided vegan cupcakes for our wedding, we sent a couple emails out to different companies. Capital City Bakery is the only one that would actually respond to us, and I'm so glad they did! We had a small vegan carrot cake and vegan funfetti cupcakes and they were delicious! We had compliments all night about them. I highly recommend their services not only because they tasted amazing, but also for their prompt and consistent communication always keeping their customers in the loop.

Ordered a lovely vegan carrot cake for our wedding from Kristin with limited notice and she absolutely delivered! The cake was absolutely massive, delicious in flavour, very moist and the mushroom decorations were better than I hoped. I was the only vegan, and no one else could tell it wasn't regular cake, so extra bonus there :D

The strawberry 🍓 blonde was so delicious! The frosting was super sweet and creamy. The cake was very moist. Both frosting and cake balanced well with each other. The selection was rather small but it certainly was good!

I'm visiting from Los Angeles and my son took me to this bakery. He hadn't been before but heard great things about it.
I had the peanut butter brownie and blackberry mocha iced coffee. As rich as the brownie looks, it wasn't too sweet AT ALL and it was rather delicious. The drink was different but good.
My son had the carrot cake muffin and he loved it. I would definitely return as they had some other really delicious eats that I want to try. I would also recommend this bakery to others.

This bakery is the best! They made my wedding cake and were very accommodating when I accidentally confirmed the pick up date for the day of the wedding instead of the day before. No one at the wedding could believe it was a vegan wedding cake! It tasted even better than a regular wedding cake! We also got kolaches to eat while we got ready. They were so good we actually had to stop by when we were visiting the city again! Every time we are in town we have to get something from here. Even if you aren’t vegan, this place has the best baked goods!

The cupcakes are undeniably great here. The frosting to die for. Do not buy cupcakes from anywhere else or you will be disappointed!!! Their specialty cupcake changes every week (I assume)- but they’re my go-to for any flavor really. 100% vegan goodness!
