My husband and I visited The Ginger Man last night. We loved it! Both of us are craft beer drinkers, and there were plenty of beers to choose from. The atmosphere is very cool and laid back. During my hunt for 512's "Pecan Porter," an Austin resident informed me of a place that that has over 75 beers on tap. Eureka!

There's no place like beer, there's no place like beer. And it is much cleaner here than some of their other locations. Nice happy hour specials. Good selection on tap. The bartenders are great with helping you find a beer to enjoy. Sample and ask for recommendations.
This is my favorite bar in Austin. It's very comfortable with a great music selection and great service. The staff is knowledgeable about all the drafts. I haven't lived in Austin long, but this is by far my favorite bar in town. They have so many beer choices, and they let you sample any you are not sure about before you order. The outdoor patio is great too! I love this place!
