Easy parking & fresh great food will be the reason I will come back here again & again. The kale caesar salad is my fave as well as the Omega. So fresh & plenty - always full after a meal here. Haven't tried any cocktails yet or bar menu but that is next on my list... Carrot cake is the best ever, and I never really liked carrot cake. ;) Thank you for a great experience!
I stumbled upon this gem of a place while visiting Austin. Beside it being stunning and smelling like a lavender field, great atmosphere, good music, exceptional food. (Best grilled artichokes I've ever had) fenomenal service, shout out to Jorge my server for making sure my glass was never empty�. If you're ever in Austin a definite must...
The food was awesome I enjoy everything I ate , waitress was very nice and polite I would recommend this place for anyone that eats very healthy. You will not be disappointed in your decision to go try this place.
This restaurant is amazing, their salads are the best that I ate and the Sandwich of Tuna melt is my favorite, I this is the best option of great healthy food.

Great lunch with great choices and the freshest ingredients. A bit pricey with $93 with tip for four people having salad and coffee so won’t becoming often. It is quite noisy inside so I hope you eventually add some kind of baffling to dim the noise. If it’s warm enough, ask to sit outside
Very relaxed place. I'm not much of a healthy food guy, but everything I had was amazing, especially the arugula and duck salad (Can't remember the name of it), and the kale fritters. The back patio is very relaxing, and the staff were incredibly helpful. I look forward to going back!

Casual atmosphere, friendly and attentive staff. Very nice variety of delicious salads (but not just salads either). Pretty large portion sizes as well. Indoor and outdoor seating available, plus there's a VERY awesome probably 100+-year-old tree that shades pretty much the whole outside area. And of course, they're dog-friendly.
I was introduced to your restaurant by my son and was not disappointed! I've eaten there twice in the last week! Love the kale fritters, tuna melt, Cesar salad and your yummy French onion soup. Can't wait to come back. Service was excellent both visits. Appreciate a wonderful restaurant with super farm fresh vegetables.
This is my new favorite spot! Where else can you get a frozen beet margarita and a five-star kale salad!

This is my husband and my go place for a wonderful dinner and drink! We went last night and had Preston as our server...he was AWESOME! We love everything there and can't wait to visit again. I am in love with the decor and style. The owner is fabulous and I love her vision with vinagrette! We are excited to try the kale fritters....look amazing!!!!

Our first time coming to Vinaigrette and we loved it. Our server, Heather, was fantastic. A real gem! And the food was delicious! I loved the grilled veggie sandwich. The flavors and textures were great. And the salads were so flavorful and crisp! The building was also very cool.
I really enjoyed this place for a quick bite. The salads looked excellent, but I went with the Reuben. So good, one of the best I have had. I love how all the salads are customizable with your protein of choice. Very chill vibe and blends into Austin very well with excellent service and great food. Parking was ample as well.
It can be so hard to find a healthy place to go for lunch, which is why I was thrilled to find Vinaigrette! I met a girlfriend for lunch here and will gladly go back. The salads are fresh and delicious and the people who work here are just lovely. I can’t wait to go back on a weekend to try a cocktail or two. One of the best and most creative menus in Austin, we had a hard time choosing. The Cobb salad was sooo good. I substituted feta for blue cheese. Although the portions are large, I couldn’t stop and ate the whole salad. My friend had the kale salad and added a piece of salmon. Most salads have the option to add a protein and all were so tempting that we will have to go back soon to try more of them. The service was fantastic. A spilled drink was quickly cleaned and another provided. The wait staff was so nice! My only complaint is the noise level inside was loud even midafternoon. I would have preferred an outside table most likely in their beautiful garden but scorching temperatures kept us inside. This is a great restaurant for casual or special occasions.
Beautiful, modern space with pops of color inside and lovely, relaxing seating nestled under a wonderful oak tree outside are the perfect setting for a delicious, fresh salad or sandwich. Their drinks are inspired. The salads are beautiful. Try the tuna salad salad for a delicious meal. Their seasonal salads are also wonderful as well.
Fresh and tasty. Highly recommend this place and the patio is very nice. The duck tacos are great and so are the sandwiches, the gumbo and the duck arugula salad. It's lighter fare but you will not leave hungry. Cuban torta was really good (but it was a take on a Cuban sandwich, just setting expectations that it wasn't the traditional dish).
Great food and friendly staff. The seats in location are comfortable on the benches. The metal chairs are a little uncomfortable.

What a beautiful setting! Big patio area with nature all around! Our server was very nice and explained to us all about the menu! Drinks are delicious! And I had Cuban sandwich with a small side salad which was really good as well!!

Modern, airy spot with near perfect outdoor seating. Fresh ingredients and some adventurous takes on what is essentially salad greens and proteins. The mocktails are good, but lack pizazz. We've been twice and everything has been good.
Tips are built into the pricing, so don't let the price structure turn you off. The service is very good!

Great place to get meal sized salads! The tofu alone brings me back every time. I love that they also have sandwiches and other tasty items on the menu, there's something for everyone here. I recently fell in love with the nachos- not your typical nachos! They're the prfect amount for 2 to share, fresh, crunchy, and not heavy at all. I also love their green juice that's served during brunch, it would be awesome if it was always available.

The best outdoor seating area in Austin, hands down.
I've been a customer of Vinaigrette for around 7 years now, and it's played host to some of my favorite and most cherished meals of that time, seated in the shadow of their gorgeous welcoming oak tree.
I'm giving atmosphere 4/5 instead of 5/5 because the indoor area is the exact opposite- loud, boomy, and can be very overstimulating for me when it's busy. But I don't want that to dissuade anyone, because the outdoor area is that magical.
I used to work at a local event space down the street, and Vinaigrette was such a popular choice amongst people who came in and my colleagues, that we kept Vinaigrette menus on hand for people to order from. It's a great option for takeout for meetings, retreats, or similar events where you have the budget.
Their prices *are* on the higher end for salads, but the portions are incredibly generous (I often end up with leftovers). Also, overall their prices seem on-par with other spots in town these days. Some of my most memorable and cherished meals have taken place in their oak garden.
My go-to order has always been the La Pepita salad, no chicken/extra beans (vegetarian). I like this salad so much that I don't know if I've ever ordered anything different. Pro Tip: order a side of tortilla chips with this salad for an extra crunch
Must-try items: Kale Fritters, Frozen Vinny Palmer (beverage)
Not my favorite: Sautéed Kale (it's often way too salty for my taste), Mac & Cheese (I don't love the texture or flavor, and find it a bit grainy)
My servers have always been incredibly friendly as well.
With how much prices have risen, I rarely eat out in Austin these days. Vinaigrette is one of the few exceptions that I feel is still consistently worth it.
If your looking for a healthy place to eat with flavor this is the place. Clean place comfortable indoor and out door seating. The food was great we wanted something healthy and filling. We left stuffed. The friess salad was so good, the pork lardons had a smoked flavor delicious salad. It was filling. The arugula duck salad was very good as well but we felt like it was missing a crunch. Very filling and delicious. Can’t wait to go back and try more dishes.
Favorite place for a healthy bite whenever I’m in town. Love their house made shrubs and ESPECIALLY the kale Caesar salad - it’s my favorite salad in the whole world. I always add salmon. Outdoor seating under the oak tree at dusk is magical, but be sure to wear bug spray for the mosquitos.
Absolutely loved this place! So nice to indulge and feel completely guilt free. Service is great, super friendly staff. Beautiful, large outdoor space. Salads were generously portioned and had tons of flavor - we got The Nutty-Pearfessor and Eat Your Peas with lemon herb chicken, and an order of the Kale Fritters, which were so scrumptious and delicious I can eat those everyday (no joke). Hours later we were still full & satisfied. Great selection of non-alcoholic beverages and tonics, as well as cocktails and wine. Will definitely be back!
It’s by far my most favorite salad restaurant in Austin. Well designed and has amazing outdoor patio in the back with a huge oak tree in the middle. Plenty of parking in their lot and streets around the restaurant.
I ordered the “The beet goes on” with baby artichokes and a Ginger Turmeric Tonic drink.
Their salads might cost a bit extra, but the restaurant is tip-less, so it’s evens out.
Inspiring setting, food, and execution. Had the beet salad with the artichokes and it was delicious and fresh. My mom had the cobb salad and loved it. Such a lovely way to spend an afternoon under the gorgeous oak tree on the patio. Highly recommend
The food was really good and the staff was very friendly. The only thing that I had any issue with was the mac and cheese noodles were overcooked. At the table we had a couple different soups, salads and the Mac and cheese. Everything was flavored really well. They also say that tipping is not necessary because they pay their staff a fair amount, you can still leave a tip if you want. I love that!
