Noble Sandwich Co

I decided to try Noble Sandwich from breakfast and I am so happy I did. We tried the ham and cheese sanwich and the egg, potatoes and bacon and both were equally good. This place will definitely see me again for breakfast, lunch or dinner. The coffee, however, was not that great but they do have a great selection of beers. Two thumbs up.

Stellar sammies, lots of seating, and beer. Whats not to like? So yeah, the sandwiches are scrumptious. Like, really, *really* good (e.g., the "B" in the "BLT" is smoked pork belly that melts in your mouth). And there is plenty of seating (you're unlikely to have a wait, which is a *good* thing when it is 105 outside), and there is Beer. OK, the sandwiches might not be the healthiest thing in the world, but then again, thats ok (sometimes. occasionally. maybe). The bottom line - it's a regular on my rotation!

Pig sandwich is king here! My first visit was amazing. Ordered the knuckle sandwich, The Noble Pig, brussel sprouts and Jalapeno slaw, which my friend and I shared everything! Each tray came with potato chips and a sample of their housemade pickle. The knuckle sandwhich is their roast beef, horseradish, onion, cheddar and au jus. We loved the au jus and one of us drank it itveas so delicious. The Noble Pig had the buffet of pig....spiced ham, pulled pork and BACON. If you love all things piggy, you will love this sandwich. Brussel spouts were nice and caramelized with little sweetness and tartness. The jalapeno slaw is a very mild, if any, kind of heat.

I have never heard so many people rave about food from a wedding! Thank you so much to Leslie and the catering team who put together the food for our big day. You ensured that my wife and i had food to the side so we could actually enjoy the dinner, the vegan dishes for our guests were spectacular and loved and we couldn't have chosen a better business for our food on our big day! And yes, it was so good we have hogged all the leftovers. You somehow managed to fit all dietary and spice/non-spice needs of every guest and it was spectacular. Thank you!

$$ Yum!....Great tasty sandwiches... so much flavor.. & homemade chips were a big plus too!!.. The vibe was laid back & the restrooms were clean. Never seen a co-ed sink before... lol.. Kinda cool.... But back to the sandwiches... Yummy...& the pickled salad was double yum just wish there was a little more to fit both halves of the sandwich... kinda pricey for a lunch sandwich but more than likely we'll be back to try a different one soon!
