Amazing food, OK cocktails. The crab toast appetizer was incredible. Wonderful flavour profile balancing texture and acid. The Octopus was tender and delicious, with wonderful sauce and greens The Orecchiette was unlike any pasta I’ve ever had, with a tartness that makes it irresistible. The birthday cake sandwich was an amazing end to the meal. Improvement area: the cocktails. They were not as flavourful or nuanced as the food.

I’m not easily impressed but this place blew me away. We showed up at opening, hoping they weren’t too booked to fit us in. They happily seated us and then it began. The atmosphere, the vibe, the music, the staff, and then, my god…the food. The server let us know it was happy hour. Excellent. We kept ordering one dish after another. Cocktails were great too. The bartender was very animated and on point with her drinks. Our server was fantastic but also the attentiveness of everyone in house was top notch. Plates were cleared promptly, next menu items delivered to the table by whoever was available to do so, making the entire hour and a half we spent there flow seamlessly. Everyone was happy, friendly, checking in, and made everyone feel welcome as they restaurant filled up with more people and ambient noise. I will definitely go out of my way to eat here again and bring more friends next time. The burrata is a must.

Went here for my husband's birthday dinner and the whole experience was amazing. Good food and great service. We ordered the Mediterranean appetizer, cauliflower, chicken, and birthday ice cream cake. The Mediterranean appetizer was out of the world - every element tasted so good! Cauliflower tasted amazing as well. Ice cream cake was delicious too. Highly recommend.

This was an absolutely wonderful experience, and I will happily recommend this to anyone visiting Austin. Probably the best meals that I had on my trip by far and I will make sure to visit this place again in the future. You can taste that the kitchen really focuses on their flavors and presenting their dishes in a wonderful manner. The entire staff was wonderful and our server was very nice. The bar program is also quite good, I had two separate cocktails, and each of them were fantastic.

It was a lazy Sunday morning we just finished watching one of my kiddos play soccer in a tournament for Labor Day weekend. We were Downtown South of the river so we decided to stop at the Launderette for a quick brunch. We sat at the bar which I highly recommend if it's just you or the 2 of you. The bar staff and wait staff are so friendly and nice. I do love the service here it's exceptional, everyone's always pleasant and smiling it seems to be a really nice place to work. They offered a couple baked specials we tried the savory pastry item, It was hammy and cheesy, but served cold, I think it would have been better slightly warm but it was pretty good. Next we opted to share the chicken Sandwich and a side of fries with our excellent cocktails. My love had a Bloody Mary which was quite good and I had this tequila drink with grapefruit which was absolutely phenomenal. Sharing is great, we made it through a Sandwich and our fries, everything was good, nothing was just overwhelmingly amazing but it was all very solid. It was a slow lazy weekend my love had been away for a week for work and we were getting back into the swing of things. I love having you around, I love having you by my side, to hold my hand, share a chicken sandwich with, and try every French fry that's ever been made. Life is so much better with you in it, thank you for being a part of mine. I look forward to being a part of Yours now and Always. I love you to the moon and back and 5 more steps. 💋💋💋🖤🖤🖤

We’ve been wanting to try out the Launderette out for a long time and it was so fun! Great little neighborhood atmosphere. We are outside on the patio where everyone was friendly and the aroma from the kitchen was fabulous!! We couldn’t resist dessert! Treat yourself soon!

It started as a quiet out of the way lunch. Rapidly, the lunch crowd came unexpectedly to me. The atmosphere became loud with conversation waiting more than 15 minutes for my check and waiting to close my check. Crab Louie was served with a small amount of crab, fortunately real crab. The beets were exceptional 👌.

It’s hard for me to give 5 stars these days when there’s so many good places to eat in Austin. I’ve been wanting to try this place for years. It was good and the atmosphere was fun. I didn’t get photos of the food, sorry! I’m glad to say I’ve been. Food was a 4.6.

One of our favorite meals in Austin. The burrata was my favorite. The beet dish was beautiful and very interesting mix of flavors. I also loved the cocktails.

Food was good. Favorite dish was the crudo. Wood grilled plates were a bit small but tasty. Nothing blew my mind and the fries were a let down, they were similar to wingstop with 2 average sauces, would skip these in the future. Drinks were tasty and refreshing. Worth a night out but not sure this will be a frequent spot.

I don’t want you to come. This place is too good. I love it as it is. Lol. Please don’t come and overwhelm it. This place is perfect, to me. It was low key. The vibe was amazing. The food was interesting, fresh, tasty, and I still feel healthy after eating here. Clean is the vibe? But in the chillest way? Impeccable service in actions that mirror a “white glove spot” but the words are much more laid back. As is the vibe. The food is on par with much pricier and harder to get in spots. Great parking for an east side spot. Super dietary friendly. They have DECAF CAPPUCCINO!!!! My personal post dinner go to and very hard to find in Austin. I had the Nosh Nosh no bread - sub cucumbers (which this is the first place that suggested it without me asking AND. They even seasoned the cucumbers before sending them out!) The babaganoush was a favorite. My main was the Rainbow Trout. I normally hate fish skin but this was a pleasure to eat. 10 out of 10 I want to have this again. I just wish there was a little more crab meat (but I ALWAYS wish there was more crab meat).

I didn’t touch the benny bc I didn’t know that was an egg Benedict and I don’t eat raw eggs. I wish the server had reminded me that the benny and the salad are two diff things when I asked him about the two bc I thought both were salads and I was trying to decide which. We end up getting 3 entrees instead of two. And we were charged an extra item by mistake but they corrected it so make sure you check your tab. I highly recommend to make a reservation.

Casual restaurant in a former laundromat with upscale food and a competent bar. Dishes come as they are ready. The restaurant recommended thinking "family style" for consumption (a growing trend I'm honestly getting a bit tired of). Regardless this place has excellent food made with care and attention which changes often. I'd say most parties will require a few starters as the entrees are not gigantic. The cocktails are solid. The house menu is tasty but not edgy. I ordered off menu as well and had no complaints. Certainly a place you could come just for a drink and a snack. It's a nice departure from the usual stuff downtown but you can still walk here from downtown if the weather is nice. Highly recommended!

The food was good, not great and way over proved for what you got. The service was good. The bartenders were exceptionally behind the entire time. More efficiently on that aspect would have been great. Overall, it wasn't a bad experience but it wasn't great for the price you pay to eat there.

This place is awesome! The vibe is amazing! We got the zucchini bread, crossiant of the day, potato hash and the salmon toast. I found everything to be very delicious and well balanced. Anthony was an excellent waiter and even gave us some suggestions for the city. A must try!

Went here for my birthday lunch and ordered the burrata, sticky Brussels sprouts, frites, pulled chicken BLT and a couple of cocktails. The burrata was delicious and they make all their breads in house. Everything was good but a little pricey for lunch. I would like to come back and try their dinner menu. Staff were very attentive.
