Waiting in line for almost 2 hours because the staff is a bunch of teenagers that were cooking burgers an order at a time for which is ridiculous for crowds that were becoming hangry at this point. Not a manager on site to direct and help take orders to make the process smoother. The cashiers felt helpless because the food wasn't coming out fast enough. Extremely POOR SERVICE ALL AROUND ,VERY DISAPPOINTING!!!!! Must do better.

Worst restaurant experience I’ve ever had. We waited almost an hour, the cooks literally stood around with a line almost going out the door, and YES!! THOSE ARE FAKE NAILS on the floor of the dining room! Their dining room was disgusting! We ended up not even eating the food because we were so grossed out. I’m contacting the health department.

Six Flags does everything it can to discourage you from leaving the park or bringing your own food. Ok fine I’m willing to pay for a satisfactory, fair, convenient experience. I expected to be ripped off price wise, it’s an amusement park, that’s what they do. I didn’t expect the service and the quality to be as bad as it was. Don’t waste time with mobile orders, they just ignore you while they serve the in line customers. Poor execution and nobody gives a dang.

They got my order right the first time. Very quick to get your meal. The condiments area was empty of tomatoes and dirty. The cooking area had trash everywhere empty boxes, used gloves and countertop were they prepare food dirty. I'm posting picks in hopes that managment will do something about this.

Served cold burger and fries. Floor was dirty and sticky. Employees laugh about cold food. Makes me want to never visit johnny rockets anywhere!

Food here isn't terrible. Of the 3 burgers I've had at the park, this one is the best so far. That isn't saying much. This is just really average food.
Edit: The burger is still good, but I think the one at Miner's Cookhouse is the best at the park now.

This JR is inSix Flags over GA. The park needs to Improve the mobile app for ordering food. What does "bad token" mean? I kept getting that everytime I tried to checkout and couldn't. Entry into Johnny Rockets was confusing. No one was taking charge. I waited over 40 min for our food. Others waited an hour+. There were no napkins, no ketchup, no ice hardley anywhere in the park
