Golden Corral

This place is just 8 minutes away from me and I never knew that omg! Yesterday, I was driving down Austell road and I saw Golden Corral Buffet & Grill, I decided to stop by and check what they have for the menu to my surprise, they had almost all the food. I had fun eating there, I tasted almost all their food and they really taste yummy. Their staffs are really nice and welcoming. I love their ice cream, brown rice, roasted chicken, and sweet beans. I found a new spot.

Very disappointed. I spent purchased 2 adult plates and 2 drinks. First of all I got here at 10:30am and the doors open at 10:00am. I first noticed the unswept and non mopped floor starting from the door leading to the register which should’ve been a sign for me. After my purchase I proceeded to the food. The breakfast food was cold and the selection was small. The macaroni and cheese has no flavor and the cheese taste like water, the onion rings were cold and so were the eggs. As a result I decided to get a salad only to find several withered leaves and brown water on my plate underneath the plain lettuce. I wish I could get my money back, I’d just go next door to Wendy’s. OR go to the location on Cobb Parkway bear Lake Park Dr. where EVERYTHING is hot and fresh, I wish I could get my money back. The plates and silverware are also dirty so check EVERYTHING if you decide to eat here!!!

The service was great our waiter was very attentive she was bubbly had a wonderful personality she made sure that we had everything that we needed if we didn't have it at the table or if we forgot to get it ourselves she went and obtained it for us the food was delicious it was prepared well we went at brunch so we were able to get breakfast mixed with lunch and everything was made fresh I would definitely recommend going to this location they have excellent service and wonderful food it was very delicious

First off it seems when you go up to the grill person and ask for an item they always give you that confused look like how dare you bother me not to mention they always mumble and act like they cannot speak clearly. The cleanliness of the restaurant seems to feel like a gym locker room.Not to mention I got sick as hell shortly after leaving. The waitresses are usually really helpful and do their job quite well.It also seemed as if half the items were either not there or just cut out and the selection was super slim ,not like before,at 1130 am there should have been more! Hate to rate like this but I keep it real because we all expect honesty!(if only we all could drive with more patience!?!).To all those at this location that work hard and try every day,thank you!
