We were staying at the Kenlake Resort and popped into Cajun Sno-Balls one evening for dessert. The family who owns the business are easy-going and friendly. There were a ton of flavors to choose from, prices were quite reasonable, there’s plenty of seating, and I was especially taken with the cool, vintage-looking ice shaver machine. I’m kind of bummed we don’t live in the area—we love shaved ice and there aren’t any stands nearby back home!
