Paid $17 for double steak and rice for an in store pickup. What I recieved was a smaller portion than I would get from a single sized portion. I tried to contact the store directly and got an automated response.

I have an issue every single time I eat here, last time my guac was brown which is absolutely ridiculous considering how expensive it is…. And today my guac was half way filled, also when they are busy workers are rude I’ve had a guy legit filling sour cream on me and my fiancé bc it got on his hands, I don’t think he meant to fling it at us but it was still upsetting he literally had a tantrum

I'm still paying full price, why do you skimp on the portions?? If never been here and received a bowl more than half full. Today, after the employee tilted my bowl sideways it all slid to the side, making it easy to measure. 11" bowl and the contents only covered across the bowl 4.5 inches.
It's rice for Christ's sake. It's cheap. At least make it look decent and quit ripping me/everyone off!

The filthiest Chipotle I have ever been in. I did not eat. They were not busy and could have put forth an effort to clean everything front and back . Huge difference in the size of the two burrito bowls of my dining party.

Pickup is good and always on time. They place the takeout orders on a shelving unit just off the counter with the customer's name. I've used their pickup service many times and never had a problem. Food is always great and ordering online ensures accuracy, they've always made it the way I ordered it.

The chips were not edible because of the excessive salt I told a worker and she said the salt shaker lid is missing. she offered to refund the chips to my credit card but never did.

Out in this area working, stopped in Chipotle for a bowl. I received more salsa than meat or other ingredients. After that experience I checked the demographics of the town and I see why my food was horrible. No person of color should ever eat there...It's 2022, they are treating customer as if we are in the 60's. I'm very disappointed and disgusted because that experience is a reflection of Chipotle as whole from now on.

Was barely given any chicken and rice and the rest of the ingredients. Basically just eating tortilla. 1 star at best !
