If I could give a -000000 star to the employee not even the restaurant itself the latina lady who worked the night shift at 12:29 June6 / june7 a -000 I would and I’m being very specific she had a bun and had dark hair she was super f rude and really made me feel horrible because she thought I said cherry and I said blue raspberry slushy she made the most ugliest face ever and then was not trying to make me another drink but I don’t understand why they aren’t going to give her a raise or it’s not coming out of her pocket to re make a drink that wasn’t even my fault she didn’t hear correctly, she was super rude and negative and extremely aggressive I thought she was going to fight me lol all I’m saying is be careful if you go at night time they are super aggressive for no reason lol

Recently remodeled, the new Taco Bell in Aurora looks and tastes fresh. Conveniently located on Route 31 -Lake Street- is my stop by on my way home and get some fast food place. Taco Bell is always coming up with new and delicious stuff, or sauces, to which I personally enjoy the “Diablo” hot -hotter- sauce. The new sauce is like the name “Devilish hot and mouthwatering evil.” The staff here is great and very friendly. The newly built and setup layout for this restaurant is fun and comfortable, and it’s kept clean.

I waited in the drive through line for 26 minutes. When I finally made it up to the order speaker, they told me that they were only taking online orders or door dash orders. I told them that was asinine! I told them that I would log on to my app then and place my order. The woman then proceeded to tell me that I would have to pull out of line to do that. I told her no, I had waited this long already, if they wouldn't take my order, that I'd log on to my app and place the order and keep my place in line. She proceeded to tell me that if I didn't get out of line to place my order, she would call the Police!! What kind of HORRIBLE customer service is this?!?! ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS!!
