Dunkin'

Customer service here is horrible, staff is rude, and staff does not know how to do their job. Ordered a soudough breakfast sandwich, came with a whopping 2 small pieces of bacon. When I got to the window to pay, asked also for an everything bagel, was told I would have to come inside to order and pay and it couldn't be added to my order. Payed and received my order, drove around and went inside, ordered and paid for my bagel. Then waited 12 minutes for a Bagel. IF YOUR STAFF HAS TROUBLE WITH A BAGEL, THAT MAY NOT BE THE RIGHT STAFF.... Will never be returning to this location and strongly suggest you rethink visiting also. I understand fast food and spent over 7 years working the the fast food and restaurant business, I would have been fired on the spot if I acted like the staff did here today.

Meh customer service, meh drinks, bad display choices. Their inside area was closed for so long a while back, and who wants to drive thru order donuts they can't see. Inside area is now opened, but alas, whole batches of donuts are just sitting on a rack with only a select few flavors displayed so you can't see the rest. It's nerve wracking having someone just watch you as soon as you walk to the counter when you're trying to figure out what donuts are available/ what you want. They never have all the flavors I want either.

I come here often when ever I’m on my way to Naperville or the mall, I have never had any problems w my orders. Morning and second shift are really nice, I just went through the drive through, I told the young kids that my coffee wasn’t made right at another location and they were like “ we can remake it “ it wasn’t that serious to me I just wanted extra Frenchvanilla and they gave it to me. the workers attitude is always great when I come by. :)

I ordered a Vanilla long Jonh, One glazed donut, Boston Kreme, and an small iced coffee. When I received my food I noticed when I got home that the donuts weren't fresh, they were unpleasant to eat, the glazed doughnut looked like it was bit into, and to make things worse when they gave me a hot coffee, even though I told them to give me a iced coffee and if they could please fix it, the lady gave me attitude!
