I wouldn’t even give this place a one star, probably THE WORST Taco Bell location I have ever been to. The staff is very rude, and the location is completely understaffed. Takes about 30 minutes to just get your food. There is no way to place your order with a human being inside the location. No one will even direct you to order through the kiosk. They close their dining hours at whatever time they want, regardless of posting a time of 8pm on their door.

Worst customer service ever! AFTER standing in line waiting for our turn got to the front, started to order, and they told us they were closed! NO other customers behind us. They just took the order of the people in front of us. Would not serve us. Obviously they could care less about us as their customers. We will oblidge them and spend our money elsewhere.

Can you please teach your young employees to get off they phone when they placing a order. The girl ask me can she help me and took out her phone right in front of me to respond to a text. I walked off.
