I got the oat milk strawberry strudel flavor and it was pretty good. I’m allergic to eggs and when I told the workers they were really nice about it. I’d recommend this place if you’re out with friends, it’s easy to walk with and who doesn’t like ice cream. Although I do wish they had more vegan options because I’m not a huge fan of fruity ice cream.

This place is to expensive, I cannot believe me and my friends had to pay $11.00 to get three scoops of ice cream. Do not go here for ice cream it is very expensive and the quality of the ice cream is not good. If you want a tub of ice cream that is better in quality, go to a Meijer or Walmart because they are cheaper and better that this place.

Texture was different than expected. I'm used to the smooth, uniform ice cream from cartons at the grocery store, but this stuff had a different texture, like tons of extra air pockets whipped into the ice cream at production. I'm not saying it was grainy or refrozen, but I've eaten at other Baskin Robins and never experienced (or noticed) the unusual texture. Mouth feel was no different. If I was blind-folded, I wouldn't have noticed.

For an ice cream spot you would think these guys would be a little more cheerful. The manager at this place (name is Garfield) was beyond rude. Not only was this guy disrespectful and insulting to his customers but also to his employees. If you have kids or you are looking for a future job it is best to stay away from this location.

This place has the best ice cream and Garfield is the nicest guy around. Always remembers us every time we go at Christmas. Everytime we go to fox valley we have to stop by and see him.
