Always quick with online orders! The hours in the app are wrong so you have to make sure they are actually open. Ordered once and walked up to the place only to find that they were closed. Had to pick up the drink the next day. Slight inconvenience, but they're really great with customer service.

We ordered 2 drinks at this location. This location is located in the food in Fox valley mall. The drinks came within a few minutes and were hot. Or is a normal Dunkin location, nothing special about it. Okay service.

Server not wearing a mask while serving ice cream. Gross!! Cover your face,dont care if you are vaccinated ,you can still speead covid if you are asymptomatic.

Dunkin is great! Helpful, usually pretty quick, and I love when they have my favorite donut available. They're also willing to sell me cups of ice, which a lot of places aren't. Definitely try the Love Potion 31 ice cream they have, it's so good.

This is my favorite Dunkin in this area! Sometimes go into the mall just to get my coffee. It's always consistently good and the staff is quick, friendly and even remember what I normally order:) That's saying a lot for a busy mall location.

First time to this location. Went to the drive thru first. Got there at 8:30. They said that they would be right with me. 5 min later with no cars ahead of me and 2 cars behind me they still haven't taken my order. So I went around and went inside instead. No one acknowledged me for a good 5 min maybe longer. I had to flag somebody down to take my order for one large coffee, and I was the only person in there. Didn't head out until 8:45. 15 minutes just to get a large coffee. Not going there again!
