Terrible ruined my daughter 9th birthday party no pizza!!!!!!!!!! Ordered 3 pizzas, bread sticks and ranch all she wanted. Pre ordered on line 715pm pick up failed. A ton of people standing around. The system down "they said" no organization. One girl working trying figure the orders out. When I get up to the manager he said refunded your card 3 to 5 days. But it's pizza at least 6 in the to go spots. If he was a good manager with customer service skills he would have let me get at least one pizza refund or not! I made it clear I had kids waiting for pizza my kids birthday! So I hit the plastic part, what he do call the police on me!!!!!!! Never will I ever go here again!!

The Girls In The Front Were So Kind To Me, I Came In Today And Even Though It Was Very Busy They Made Sure I Got Served Well. There was This Supposedly Co-Manager Named Hector Who Was Being So Rude To The Girls In Front Of Me. It Is A Saturday So Obviously They Can’t Attend The Front Right Away, No One Was Complaining On The Wait Either. He Seemed To Love Complaining More Than Working. This Place Is Good But If Theres Higher Ups That Treat There Employees Like Garbage Here I would Rather Go Somewhere Else. Here I Come Dominos!!!!

This is by far the worst Little Caesars franchise. My family has had numerous horrible experiences here, far too many to count. What led me to post this review is an experience that happened today. After messing up our order (giving us the wrong pizzas which were cheaper than the pizzas we paid for), the manager proceeded to hang up the phone on me when I informed her of the error made. That led me to drive back up to Little Caesars to demand a refund or a correction made to the order (so we can receive the right pizzas). In the end the manager refused to provide a refund or correction and stated that there was nothing she could do now. I've never experienced customer service this poorly. Needless to say I will be contacting corporate as this franchise needs new ownership if this is how they conduct themselves regularly. At a minimum, that manager needs to find a new career.

Pizza was 15 minutes after completion window. Pizza was mad incorrect and I had to return to get it fixed. Although the manager gave me side eye, she did fix my order without incident. This was one bad experience, and I will probably return.

Little Caesars store on West Galena in Aurora I'll. Has the worst customer service. Wait time is so long and terrible. Tried multiple times to call in an order and never had anyone pick up my call. Also website didn't give me the option to order certain items.

Terrible either gives me my order wrong or doesn’t have it. Put in a future order today in a snow storm 2hrs prior and they had sold my pizza bc I didn’t come earlier!l even though I did a future order! Manager was rude and gave me no kind of reimbursement other then to wait 20 minutes for a new order

Pizza was pretty good but I got it 30 minutes late and only after I asked for it.

Ordered pizzas through the portal. Got there on time and only part of my order was ready. Waited another half hour for the remainder of my order. No apology for making me wait. Rude staff! The pizzas that where done for over a half hour were dried out. I spent over $60 and I can spend my money somewhere where the pizzas are done when promised and the staff is polite. Won't be back.
