Always a great experience with outstanding customer service from the entire crew. I've never been to another fast food restaurant that treats their customers. My combo was delicious and everyone was very friendly. truly a fast food with covid restrictions. Food is good and fresh. You just have pick one that will satisfy your craving! Staff are always efficient, harmonious, and pleasant. I have only ever had a problem with my order ONCE that was resolved quickly and with utmost perfection. Great food and customer service, bravo! Will definitely come back here.

Absolutely the last time I go here, I got home with my sour cream and chives potato except there's nothing on it , nothing in the bag . I call to speak with a manager and am told he's busy by some snippy girl then she hangs up . I call again and someone started to answer the phone didn't say anything and hung up. Added to the fact there was no fork in the bag . This Franchise is in need of a manager who cares. Because if they closed the doors tomorrow I wouldn't shed a tear for them

Terrible Just Terrible!!!
I went inside for just two items. A ten piece nuggets and a medium diet root beer.
1. The male cashier was too busy chatting with his buddies, therefore he suggested I use the kiosk instead.
2. I had to wait 12 minutes for the nuggets (No problem) but when I got back to my car, the nuggets were just above room temperature. I thought for that long wait I had freshly cooked nuggets.
3. The diet beer I got from the pop machine was flat as a rug. Of course I discovered this once I had left the parking lot.
They will not see me again anytime soon.

Gross food. Was never given my total. Was never given my receipt. No one spoke a word to me except for when I placed my order. My large drink was only 3/4 full. The onions on my burger were slimey and obviously spoiled. Lettuce was limp and was a halved half slice. I'm surprised this place is still opened. I won't go back it's not worth getting sick over, not to mention the lack of care or customer service and an obvious disregard for quality. I'd be ashamed to work there. It was an ominous feeling driving through the parking lot, I should of known I made a mistake stopping here. If you take 5mins and read these reviews you'll notice quickly this is not the Wendy's you ever want to visit.

Since we moved to this area we have been highly disappointed with quality of food from fast food restaurants. They provide cold orders of fries and hamburgers. This is definitely a way to get us to cook our own hot meals. THANKS FOR THE INSPIRATION WENDYS👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

Ordered the Classic Asiago Club sandwich and I did not receive that at all. My rating will always be low if I receive the wrong item. You're not even busy so there was no rush. Even worse, the sandwich I received was old. I'm not sure if you can see the hard edges of the chicken. Prices have gone up but the quality of the food has decreased.

A couple of days ago they mess up my total order and when I called and complained the manager that night I could come any day to get my whole order replaced. So last night( 2/5/22) I went there though the drive-thru because they're not open inside. The manager was giving me a hard time. I told them i didn't get a receipt. So they finally went to the office to find the receipt. So today I tried to call them and nobody answered the phone.
