Culver's

I want to start by saying that this Culver's location has always shown me nothing but flawless customer service. I have been eating here for as long as I can remember them having this location. With that being said, today's experience was no different. I pulled into the drive through and was greeted with much enthusiasm. Fast-forwarding a bit, I am now parked where they bring you your food. This next part is what compelled me to write a review. I have now been sitting in my car for at least 10 minutes now waiting. I kept seeing cars who ordered after me drive off with their food. One of your employees finally noticed and asked if I needed anything. I explained that I never received my food, and she told me she will see what is going on with my order. Not long after, another employee hands me my food and explains that my food was given to another car on accident. This has been my only "not ideal" experience and despite all that happened, everything was handled in the most friendly and professional way I could hope for. Thank you Culver's!

I've been to this culver's on 3 seperate occasions. On all 3 visits (months apart) they messed up my order and had to go back through the drive thru and get the correct order. They also have a huge problem with keeping thier food warm. Chicken sandwich, and Butter Burger were both cold which is disgusting to try and eat which I just microwaved them, but that's not the point I shouldn't have to have done that on all 3 visits. The frys have the same issue stone cold. I've started going to the Culver's in Plainfield and their team knows what they are doing. Great customer service, they get my order correct every single time, and the food is piping hot and fresh. Do yourself a favor and go to a different store location because this one doesn't know how to do it the correct way. I hate leaving low rated reviews but when service is as poor as this I have to let people know.
