Bulldog Ale House

On the way, I stopped at this place. You can like this Bar and Grill from the very first moment. Very spacious with numerous TV's and a bar in a central location. Typical American food. I opted for the Mushroom Tacos and it was very good. The service was very nice and attentive. Overall positive impression.

Usually love this place. But ordered delivery tonight and was really looking forward to the chicken and rice soup, however that's not what was delivered. We got some tortilla soup instead. If your going to change my order, at least have the decency to let me know. Definitely wont be back for a while.

I won't be back.... first, they wouldn't honor our "Buy One, Get One" coupon because (holy cow) we "ordered a promotional drink." (If I was coming back, which I'm not, I'd just order a soda, apparently.) Next, they won't even let you buy one of their daily specials (drinks) without charging you extra. Tonight, I ordered a well bourbon/whiskey... it arrived on the rocks. My bill charged me $5 for the drink and an extra $1.50 for having it "on the rocks." The last time I was there, they charged me an extra $1.50 because I had ordered it "neat." So, how, exactly am I supposed to get a $5 drink??? Do they have to come over and pour it down my throat??? This place is a rip-off. The food is ok, but nothing special. And there were only about 4 customers in the whole place at dinner time tonight... I can see why. Won't be back......

My boyfriend and I came in to have a drink out in the patio. As I was drinking I was looking around and saw the “manager” yelling at his employees. We we’re outside and they were inside in the “wait to be seated” area. He looked very furious and he was all red. I don’t know what happened but that is NOT appropriate. Instead of enjoying my drink I’m worrying about the employees. Would not recommend to come here where they treat their employees like that. What hurt the most is that that specific employee was very kind and attentive.

I love the chain itself, but this location isn’t the best. We were here for a group outing for a coworker so the table was taken for a while as people came and left as they got off work. The staff was sick of us by the time we left. The waitress gave us the bill and then took our cards and ran the payments. As she was doing this some man who worked there yelled from across the building that they are closing and we have to leave now, basically kicking us out. We all said well she has our cards so we can’t leave. It was very rude yelling across the restaurant in front of other people. I’m not sure who he thought he was. We gave them so much business that night.
