El Burrito Loco

So uh, kinda sad to say I was really disappointed. Service was good but not the food. I got a taco dinner and: carnitas were dry (which is sad because they're my favorite), the pastor and barbacoa we're both pretty bland and I didn't like the flavor anyway. I literally just didn't eat them. Also got steak nachos and the steak wasn't the worst, was the best of the other meats, but I've had much better. And they use a cheap cheese sauce underneath that isn't very flavorful. At least the elote and Jamaica were good but it's hard to mess that up, haha. Wouldn't recommend personally.

Poor customer service and manager unprofessional. They got my order wrong. I ordered nachos locos. They gave it to me with all the other ingredients,dry and no cheese. How is nachos a nachos without cheese ? I called, they wrote my name and apparently they will give me credit. When I went to get my "credit", the credit that she wrote was for sides. When i explained what happened the Manager insisted and puts words in my mouth that i didnt say. Manager needs to learn how to multi task since she takes drive thru orders and answering complaints.

*UPDATED REVIEW* We've ordered here a few more times and the food has been good but nothing outstanding. I just think the food needs more flavor and then it would receive a greater review. But overall this is normally our go to Mexican food when we want to treat ourselves. Always just an okay experience with our food. Yeah their portion sizes are huge, but defeats the purpose when the order isnt right. Today I ordered a burrito with beans, rice, cheese, and sour cream...Never got any sour cream and there was potato and avocado in it?. I'm sorry I didnt ask for those to be in there and therefore I didnt even finish half because not my cup of tea when it comes to a burrito. #dissapointing. My fiance ordered the wet burrito which he said was good, but the man eats anything and everything so sorry. Better luck next time el burrito loco!

This was our first time trying out this place. It was recommended by a local shop owner while visiting. We tried the steak, barbacoa, milanesa and pastor tacos. It was unfortunate that everything lacked flavor. The steak tacos, which are normally the staple of any authentic Mexican restaurant were just so bland. The same was true for most of the items except maybe the barbacoa, but that too was disappointing.

Hands down probably one of the worst Mexican food restaurants. I mean, I'm white, but im not disrespect a good taco kind of white. These people desecrated my poor tacos. I asked for onions and cilantro with side of limes. They gave me tacos with tomatoes and lettuce, no onions or cilantro OR ANY LIMES. I don't care if we live in Naperville, we aren't all Karens that think mayo is spicy and don't know what good quality food is. The chorizo looked like it had been reheated in a microwave for the third day straight. Lastly, please don't try to pass a side of literal whole pinto beans as refried beans. The saddest meal i have ever seen.

Nice portions for the price. Tacos de Cabeza were my favorite, tender and no mystery meat. Chile relleno taco was also good but had a lot of cheese. Barbacoa was my least favorite, it was heavily salted. Carne asada burrito was huge of course but needed a little more flavor. Horchata and chips and salsa were delicious! Service was ok.
