The restaurant is very dark and has a “smell” to it… assuming the same smell as the river. 😬 but that’s to be expected but then again we were sat right by the open back door. Once we got sat at a table I noticed a couple next to us that seemed frustrated with their server and I could also see their server kind of dodging their attempts at getting her attention. I just started a conversation and come to find out they were waiting forever for their food but grew annoyed when they noticed the table that arrived after them get the same dishes they ordered delivered to their table. Needless to say they literally only got served drinks and walked out. Our server on the other hand was very friendly and polite. Quickly served us our drinks after attempting to order 2 drinks they didn’t have… FYI the Chimp Haka was AMAZING!!! We never got to order off of their full menu even though it was about 10 minutes past the time they usually do offer it. That was disappointing. I ended up ordering a Lil barnyard. It has a lot of flavor and perhaps too much going on. It was huge! The tots and waffle fries were great! If I was in the area I’d give it another try later in the day to order off the full menu.

Burgers were delicious and come with a choice of sides. Waffle fries were well seasoned and delicious. The grubby margarita with lavender was ok, I feel like it was pretty to look at but tasted more like tart lime juice. The service was really great, friendly and attentive. The beer menu was extensive and had something for everyone. Overall a great meal and experience.

A delightful experience. The prices were fair, and the portions were generous. The place was pretty full, but the service did not suffer because of it. The food was very good and the burger tasted great. They had an extensive drink selection. The waiter was a nice gentleman who took good care of our party. The parking downtown can be kind of tough, but that's no fault of the restaurant. The casino is right near by if you wanna try your luck at paying for your meal.

Service was extremely slow. Another waitress had to step in after noticing our waitress hadn't checked on us. A little over priced. I will come back for the Hodgepodge fries and a brew. I’m confused why the hodgepodge fries didn’t come with cheese curds and wish this was mentioned to us. We had to park far away. Our bill was $100 what we ordered is pictured.

The atmosphere, service, and beer options are great. The burgers were okay if not underwhelming. The bun was too big and dry which masked part of the flavors. The rebel duck burger had amazing carnitas/bacon on top and tasty tater tots. I would try again for a beer and curds.

Fun little spot that came highly recommended. First thing that we ordered was the hodgepodge which was absolutely delicious. As well as the buffalo shrimp which came with high quality blue cheese and large shrimp. We ordered a burger that had many toppings on it. In hindsight I think I would have liked to just try the burger that came as a build your own so that I could just taste the quality of the burger rather than all of the toppings. We also got a side of macaroni and cheese which was not my favorite. The cheese sauce had a smoky flavor which overwhelmed the cheese I do not think I would order it again. Will definitely returm to try other dishes and to get that delicious hodgepodge.

We stopped in here for dinner. It is a pretty good place. It is not that big and it is not that small either and I can say that it is quite spacious. The atmosphere and vibe are causal and cozy. I personally like the fun decorations they have inside. The staff is accommodating, friendly and very attentive to our table. My friend I decided to order their house salad and burger for each of us. They have a good selection of beer and wine too. We did not wait that long for our food and it is kind of fast. I definitely love their house salad it is perfectly seasoned and it is fresh too. My hodgepodge burger has a lot of things going in it but all in all it and I consider it as one of the good burgers I had. It is served with fires as well. My friend also liked her Texas popper burger and it was overall a great experience in this restaurant. I will definitely not hesitate to be back next time if I had a chance! I also highly recommend this spot. Do not miss this and if you also love burgers the more the need for you to check this place out. Their burgers are excellent!

My wife and I were in the area on an early Friday evening with our 2 kids and decided to try this place out on a whim. We did have to wait probably 30 minutes for our food after ordering (which is not ideal with hungry 5 and 7 year old kids), but it was worth the wait. My burger was cooked to perfection--one of the best I've had in years. My wife said she literally had a dream of her carnitas tacos later that night--great balance of salty and sweet. Our kids had grilled cheese sandwiches which seemed to be more Texas toast than cheese, but they enjoyed them (with some nicely seasoned tater tots). We were pleasantly surprised by the excellent food and would definitely come back again.
