Price charged for sandwich was $1 higher than that posted on menu at drive-up. They explained that they hadn't updated it yet. I was surprised that I needed to explain three times that I wanted refund of the dollar. After a few minutes wait, manager (I assume) brought refund to me out to me. They were polite, but it seemed odd that I needed to ask thrice. I'll be happy to continue stopping by once in a while... and expect that next time they'll get 5 stars again.

Love Dunkin and I get it at every location when I travel. this was arguably the worst location I’ve ever been to, let alone worst in Denver metro area. Cold brew iced coffee had about a small handful of ice cubes. I ordered with sweet cream cold foam, watched the guy take a can of whipped cream and put runny whipped cream on top. Splitting hairs but whipped cream without the air in it and cold foam are different. Maybe that is how they do it all the time and I just don’t know? Half of drive through sign was missing. Drive through took about 20 minutes despite there being several employees working and it was an off-peak time.

I wanted to update my review: they have the same manager but she seems to be trying to be kinder. I see the effort and it’s appreciated The manager at the location is the worst. She’s consistently rude and condescending. Clearly she hates her life. If you dare ask for a customization on a drink her tone immediately changes to one of disdain. I stopped coming to this location for about a year because of her and had only returned to see if things had improved or if she had left. Unfortunately she is still the manager at this location and she is still just as bitter and as rude as she has always been. I think I’ll be going back to Starbucks and Dutch Bros from here on out. It’s worth the extra dollar or so to have a more pleasant experience. The other employees are great. Kind and caring. It’s just the manager that is awful. She should quit her job if she hates it so much.

Waited in drive thru line 15 minutes. When get to window the girl asked what did you order. All orders were "messed" up. Ours had not been made. We left. The fact the menu board was broken should have been an indication to leave. I love Dunkin donuts frozen coffee. But this was truly unacceptable!

If I could give 0 stars I would. I was signing into my app to redeem a free drink and the cashier gave me a disgusted face and said “please don’t use the app”…strike one. Once my drink was made it said behind the counter for 5 minutes before we said what we were waiting for and got more disgusting attitude from another worker. Sorry I didn’t feel like climbing over the counter to get my drink that you didn’t tell me was done and then went to take a family of 5’s order. Worst Dunkin experience I’ve ever had. Thank god we were just passing through because you couldn't pay me to ever go there again.

How is this store being managed? The first time we went here, I waited 45 minutes for 2 cups of drinks – there were only two workers so I kind of understood (but still, 45 minutes). The second time we went here, I waited 20 minutes for 1 cup of drink – there were at least five workers. The third (and the LAST) time I went here, I waited 30 minutes for 2 cups of drink – I didn't get the order I ordered and I wasn't compensated for the difference I paid. The workers need to communicate with each other because that has been the problem every time I came here. You'd think I'd learn my lesson, too bad I had to the hard way.

I literally came to just get a hot tea and one order of omelet bites. Payed and was given my tea at the window and was told to park in the handicapped spot to wait to be handed the rest of my order. No line whatsoever and I wasted 15 mins of time just sitting there when no one ever came out. I had to go back and ask for my order and all I got was a whoops sorry about that. Unprofessional isn’t even the word

I always promise my dog a Munchkin after her Vet appointment down the street. Of course I always get a donut for me, but they never charge me for the Munchkin for her. They are so nice, so I keep coming back. I like that they have a druve-thru so I don't have to leave her in the car.
