Chipotle Mexican Grill

I come here a lot and overall I think it's a good place. They usually always have the order ready at pick up before I get there. The only thing is that I've caught it happen at least twice where my order was not just ready on time, but was ready a solid 10-15 minutes before the scheduled time. I understand trying to get ahead of online orders but if I plan for a certain time, I don't want it to be cold by the time I pick it up and then get home because it's been sitting on the shelf for too long. Only other thing I experienced a few times at this location is that something was missing in my order (1 time was guac, 1 time was meat) so make sure you check your orders before leaving, however Chipotle support was quick to make up for it. But again, I frequent this location a lot and overall the experience is 5 stars because they are prompt, nice, and the food always tastes great.

I had the most amazing experience today at chipotle today my aunt and I decided to go to get some chipotle for dinner after treat or treating and the customer service was amazing.. We used the mobile app and it worked and when I arrived to pick up the food they was still making it which is no problem I love fresh food.. The food was hot and fresh.. Thank you guys for working on Halloween 💕

Food taste and quality seem on par, but the establishment seems pretty chaotic. Employees were yelling at each other, and some were grabbing and making food barehanded. I'm split on this since the two that made my food were excellent but I think this is a stop if you're in a pinch. Otherwise go to one with better reviews.

I have been coming to this place for over 10 years. It's my go-to because it's the one that's closest to me, but also the food quality is always above par. I've ordered everything on the menu in all different combinations at least once, I've never gotten sick and it's always fresh (except the hour before they close, they shut down food production pretty early). However, one thing I've noticed is that while the customer service and overall environment is pretty chill, most of the staff look like they're miserable and don't want to be there. Their attitude is almost like "Let's get this person out of the way as soon as possible." Like, I don't know, fake a smile or something.

Horrible service. Went there at 8 pm. They are open until 11. Out of Barbacoa beef, chips, corn salsa, lettuce, sour cream, etc. OUT. Yet open for business. Rude hateful service, lack of food, and what they did have they doled out tiny portions to conserve what they had left of the other items. Absolutely pathetic. Hoping the owner or franchise manager see this. If you are open until a set time; KEEP your hours, keep your food and offer service until close.

Chipotle is normally my favorite place to eat, but tonight I went with my boyfriend and he asked for double rice and beans and didn’t even get the normal serving amount, and they didn’t give me a full scoop of steak or him a full serving of barbacoa. The rice seemed like it had sat for a long time and the people working didn’t seem to know what they were doing, the cashier didn’t say a single word to us.

Was at the establishment at 9pm on June 20th. Associate who starts your order obviously hates his job and possibly his life. He looked at every customer coming in the door with disgust. No greeting whatsoever. Asked for chicken and he said "we're outta chicken." Here’s a suggestion, try I'm sorry but we are out of chicken." Here's another suggestion, it's 9pm and you are still operating for another hour; post a sign on the door and inform your customers you are out of chicken before they decide to come in so you don't waste people's time. Chicken is probably the most popular item at Chipotle. It's not a science. Asked for forks and another associate replied in the same manner. Word of advice, if you hate your job; seek employment elsewhere. Or work at the state prison cafeteria.
