Come here every single day along with my brother who probably spends $300+ each month alone. The worst attitudes ever and they act like they have no idea what they are doing. Come in today to buy multiple Celsius energy drinks with the sign that says 2/$4 and they rang up without promotion so I asked and the guy says he has nothing to do with the promotion….complete lack of customer service and care…if you don’t know how to run the promotion correctly then take down the advertisement. Absolutely ridiculous.

Guy working on 7/24/21 about 12:45ish had the worst attitude I had ever seen coming into any gas station. Did not want to be there it seemed and decided to take it out on me. Never said anything to him so not sure what the issue is. Management needs to hire people that actually show some customer service. I could understand if someone might be difficult but myself not even exchanging any words? Just uncalled for

Came in last night around 2am. Was met with a very hostile man. Only person there who was working. He Picked a fight. Almost got into one w him. He seemed like he was an angry individual who was mad because he had to do a job. People like this have deeper demons they are fighting, angry at something because they need professional help. I’ve tried contacting the store to speak to manager, but no answer. Will try again. Please be careful, he seems very irrational and unpredictable. This 711 should have better people working who represents them on a more professional level.

Worst 711 you can go to gets proved that they charged me stated I wasn't and was soliciting and refused me the merchandise I paid for no worries my bank has it handled and lastly for your sanity never go here they wouldn't know customer service if it smacked them in the face can't give me my goods than you don't need my money here's the screenshot y'all.
