7-eleven

The only 7 11 that I have ever been to that doesn't sell scratch lottery tickets with debit cards. I know most (but some do since they changed the law) don't sell them with credit cards, but they all sell them with debit cards... I don't get it... Every single other 7-11 sells them with debit cards... It's perfectly legal because it's the same as cash people... What do you mean investigate? This 7 11 does not sell scratch tickets if your paying with a debit card but all the others and other has stations will. Nothing to investigate is there? Almost every other has station will, but they won't with a credit card only debit cards. It's not illegal to pay for scratch lottery tickets with debit cards.

Some of the most unprofessional people working in retail I've ever seen! I'm a disabled veteran who was a regular at this 7-Eleven...no more! No respect! This morning I asked the gentleman at 5:30 a.m. if I could buy some sugar packets from him maybe a dozen to save me the long trip up to King Soopers I use a cane... He told me yeah 25 cents each! I went across the street to the Exxon and the gentleman working there gave me them for free even though I offered money. I ended up leaving him my money anyway for being so kind and compassionate and empathetic in a human being. I expect Corporate to do an employee evaluation at this location!!!

This place has the worst customer service I've ever encountered, it's by far the filthiest 7 Eleven in Colorado. I tried to type in my rewards number to keep collecting points. The clerk tells me you dont have any points, when in actuality the screen just went blank. I've never cashed in any of my points so why only at the store I dont have points. He gets angry with me and takes all the merchandise I'm ready to buy away and tells me to leave. I finally give in and ask for my merchandise back. He ends up charging me 7 dollars for 2 Gatorades when its buy one get one free. This is not a place you want to be even for an emergency situation.

I go here once in awhile. The corporate headquarters need to do something about enforcing food and safety laws. Cashier at front seen picking his nose for a good 30 seconds. When I went to get rung up I said you are picking your nose. He says I'm going to wash my hands. When I tell him that is disgusting he gets very angry at me. I am shocked. I would have been totally embarrassed found picking my nose let alone while being behind a food and beverage counter. This occurred January 18Th 730 am

I thought the whole state was under mandatory mask wearing well this location doesn't inforce that order not only did their employee not have a mask on almost every customer that came in wasn't wearing one either and when I asked the employee why they don't enforce it she says I don't need to. So I definitely won't ever come back to this location again.
