Chipotle Mexican Grill

I normally love this place, but my order today was horrible. Where to start. When we walked in, there was no one in line. We were up next, and there was one young man taking temperatures several times, taking his time and not willing to take our order. Then, the young lady there who was not doing anything walked to the back and avoided taking our order, and within seconds, the young man also walked to the back to avoid taking orders. They both finally walked to the front, and the young lady who finally decided to take our order heated all the tortillas for our burritos together, and they were all soggy. After taking her sweet time in preparing each burrito, one burrito, I asked for sour cream, and she put a whole spoon so it ended up being a sour cream burrito instead of a chicken burrito. The second burrito, she put the smallest amount of sour cream, and all the food was falling out of the burrito. The 3rd one is just a complete mess, I have attached the picture of that one. The fourth one, she broke the tortilla and had to rebuild the whole burrito.

My husband LOVES chipotle. Like seriously it's an unhealthy obsession. Lately we've noticed the lack of training given to the employees... They can't wrap the burritos correctly anymore. He's so excited when he gets home with his burrito, but when it falls apart in his hands and gets all over everything near him, it really ruins the experience.....

Food was decent as always but I ordered on the app for pickup and arrived before the estimated time for my order to be ready and waited 10 minutes then asked about my order and was told that it was being prepared. 3-4 other orders were prepared and I again asked about my order and this time I was asked for the name on the order and was told it had already been made. We both searched the rack and again found no order. I'm giving 3 stars instead of 1 because the staff member promptly remade my order within the next 5 minutes.

We waited 30 mins for them to open at 11 a.m. My girlfriend and I wanted to get something special before work so we decided to go to Chipotle. We showed up at open and waited outside of the front doors. Employees were in the building but were too focused on eating their breakfast and wouldn't even acknowledge our presence. We waited until 10 minutes after open time and employees were still fixing their food and ignoring us. I had never felt more disrespected at a restaurant establishment. I will be contacting corporate and I would urge everyone not to frequent this location. I hope the manager of this location is able to get their team back on track and will teach their team the importance of customer service.
