Kfc

Should b a negative on the stars. They served me the 20 hot wings. Nice an hot when I got it. When I looked in the box they had black spots on the meat. Than I pulled some apart an they were just nasty. I know about cooked blood on some chicken some times, but this was way beyond that. They said it's just cooked blood an tried giving me the order back but I told them buffalo wild wings wouldn't even serve these kind to their customers. I got my refund back so just ended up walking out with my drink instead.

PICTURES ARE FROM A FRIEND WHO WORKED HERE BUT WAS FIRED FOR EXPOSING THEM CAUSE THE CHICKEN WAS BAD BUT WERE STILL MAKING EMPLOYEES SERVE IT!!!

I really like this place. The staff is nice and unless it's lunch time it usually isn't crazy busy. It's just steady. We stopped by there today and I felt bad for the nice gentlemen at the register. He was doing his best to keep up, but it was lunch time and not everyone was patient. He did a great job of keeping a smile and pressing forward though. Overall, the food was fresh, it was hot, and other than a little wait, at which I expect at any place at lunch time, it was good. :)

I normally go to Popeye's for fried chicken, but I decided to go to this KFC, because it was closer. Unfortunately, I should have stuck with Popeye's. First, I was not given a receipt, and was unable to address the issue with corporate. Second, the chicken (extra crispy) was fried in bad oil, and tasted horrible; I was unable to finish my meal. Third, when I contacted the store; I had to call three times before someone answered, and the person who picked up didn't seem to care about my experience and obviously couldn't wait to get off the phone (mind you I was not cursing or screaming and was very polite). The moral is, don't go to this KFC; I certainly never will.

I dont think they even deserve 1 star maybe a 1/2 I don't think they have the recipe for KFC it was horrible i think I should have read the reviews before going to this location as they have some horrible reviews i think the owners need to inspect this location!!! I have never tasted KFC like this i called to complain to the manager and she was not very nice she did stand up for her cook I don't think she has ever eaten her onw store's food however I believe she needs to teach them how to cook. The food was horrible and I do mean horrible come on KFC

First time there today, they we're pretty understaffed. The poor workers were scrambling. I blame the management as it was obvious the workers were doing all they could to keep up with orders. At one point the young man taking orders at the front was instructed to stop taking orders and instead send people away. I have never seen that happened before at a restaurant. The staff was however very friendly despite the problems that they were dealing with.

This place was a mess. Lobby was trashed, people came in to cancel their order( probably due to how long it took to get their order) and then mine was canceled along with it. Once I brought it to their attention it was made correctly and promptly. Order to eatting time was probably 20 minutes. Damn that lobby was a mess.

They are extremely short staffed and the girl at the registwr was very rude to several customers including us. After waiting 25 min I noticed she had put the wrong order in so I spoke to her and said pls just refund this item as its not what I ordered (a beef gordita w/no sour cream) she looks at the receipt and rudely tries to convince me that the cheesy gordita crunch IS the same as a beef gordita lol. Then when it came out wrong exactly like I knew it would I asked again if shecould just refund the item. She says "what the f*** ever! Then hecan deal with this s***!" Pointing to another co-worker who also walks off yelling back at her "I CANT DO THAT YOU HAVE TO DO THAT S***!" then they all refused to give me a number for a manager. Never in my life has it been so hard to get the right order at a tacobell!! Never coming back here again for sure!
