Purchases two Old Fashioned Sour Cream Glaze donuts today. Both were rock hard to the touch so obviously from previous day or two. Asked Indian woman at check out counter how old they were. She only said 'they always hard like that' which is not true. I've purchased the same donuts plenty of times over the last several years and they're never hard like this. I could use them to pound nails in. I didn't argue, paid and left. The same old Indian woman has been working the cash register forever and just doesn't seem to care at all about providing quality products. The rest of the staff at the store is the same way. Try to support local businesses and this is what you get. Advising everyone to avoid purchasing snacks at this location or just avoid it altogether. No reason to spend money at businesses like this.

I went to this 7/11 to pick my son up after school. While checking out today, a young curly headed cashier was checking out a little boy that had to be in middle school. He was purchasing good for him and another little girl with him. His EBT card was not working, and he did not know what to do. The cashier pulled out his own wallet, and paid for their food. The reviewers for these stores must remember, we are all human trying to survive together. Give that young man or raise some recognition for restoring my faith in humanity.

This gas station was being so disrespectful to my family. Had no postings about no public restrooms. Walked in and they told us she can't use the bathroom. Then proceeding to make up a lie and say they had no key. When we asked where they went to the bathroom they rolled their eyes and said they don't care. The man was on the phone the entire time. They were rude as hell. 7 11 literally hires anyone

Cold brew coffee has been out the whole weekend and no one has filled it, upon asking the cashier she exclaimed "it's not my job!" And proceeded to argue with me and my fiance insinuating we could no longer shop at her store. We've came here every morning for breakfast and refreshments for a long time and that type of behavior from employees towards customers is unacceptable. Theres 3 gas stations within a mile of my home that actually fill their machines, and treat customers with respect, I think I'll be using those from here on out

Another 7-11 ? Might be good if you need to grab something on your way to C-470. If you're not desperate for gas, don't stop. I live in the neighborhood behind this store and was wondering why they put a store off the beaten path. Maybe it's to hide the workers as they train them. Yikes, I'm in Customer Service and they don't have any here. I don't know if they know a customer is in the store until they need to take your money. And be careful on how you leave the parking lot. Unless you're going East, you need to go around back to go out the other exit to go to the light to make a left. Not a great set up to get in and out of this location. I'll not be stopping again.

The strange thing about this store is that they earn a living off of people but they act like they can’t stand people. I first visited about a year ago and after that experience I didn’t go back. I tried again today because they are in my neighborhood and maybe they have improved. NOPE! They still act like they can’t stand people and for no reason at all. I could understand if customers were rude, but their normal baseline is curt and totally disinterested.

Went to buy some Monster energy drinks, I picked up one rehab and one pipeline punch advertisement on the door of the drinks was 2/$4. I took my 2 items to the counter and the price came out to $6.01. I asked about the sale and was told there's no sale despite the sign. This middle eastern fellow I'm assuming is the manager came out and argued with me that the rehab is different although the sign says rehab is included in the sale. Only things excluded were Java and muscle which I had neither, I explained that to them and they insisted I was wrong despite their sign. They refused to accommodate their sale. I will no longer do business here. The staff needs to be fired, you don't argue and yell at your customers when they calmly tried to bring something to your attention. Period.
