It's hard to give this place a good review the location was clean and the store was nice but the staff on hand knew little to nothing about their promotions when I ordered their Valentine's special they had no idea what was even in it I had to go online To Baskin robins website to verify what was actually in it and then I had to walk her through it I believe if you're gonna have staff on hand they need to know the promotions and how to make it especially to have 3 or 4 posters of it up in the store showing that it's available to order there is no reason a customer should have to tell the employee how to make the item.

I've always used this store because I live close by.Came into store @ 8:10am on Sunday April 18, 2021. 3 employees behind counter, No one even acknowledged me. All three employees looked at me and said nothing. I asked are yall working today the young guy is the only one that answered said sorry man I'll be right with you as the other two young women just stood there. He continued unpacking brownies. I waited a additional 5 minutes and walked out. Will not be coming back to this store. I've never seen any of these new employees but what a terrible experience.

Ciara and brooklyn were so nice and energetic! probably the some of the best workers there, they had some great costumer service. i don't know what the review from two days ago from a KAREN is saying because they did great and work well together!

Showed up at 8:55 (I know it's close to closing time), but the employees already had the doors locked and wouldn't open them. Not a huge deal, but if your sign says open until 9...you should stay open until 9.

Amazing customer service, quality Ice cream, always clean and tidy. The cakes are some of the best I've ever seen. I go in and they have what I needed and wanted. 10/10 would recommend.
