Angelica and Phillip are great! The district manager should take notes from them on how to treat people. If I was the owner of Taco Bell I would never let him work for me driving away business the way he does. He drives business away worse than a scandal. I went to the Taco Bell on Quincy and had an encounter with the district manager who refused to give me his name but I found out later it’s Kenny, Kenneth. He is HORRIBLE to people I’m sure that’s why they are so short staffed because of how he treats them and I have absolutely NO idea how he got into a customer service job because he’s got to be one of the most misogynistic sarcastic meanest people I have ever met. I’ve never met a manager who spoke to customers with profanity and such a horrible attitude. He was definitely having a bad day. Then I had at least 3 people tell me the Quincy location is HORRIBLE so save yourself and drive the extra 5 minutes to this place it’s worth it. The people here are much nicer and they’re quick! 💕

The lady in front of me ran out of gas. The workers at this Taco Bell reacted quickly and efficiently! They pushed her car to the parking area and quickly got the lunch line moving. They were professional, courteous, and got the lunch line moving again! Kudos to these workers for their efficiency!

Haven't had a good experience with this Taco Bell in a long time. It doesn't matter if we pick up our order or have it delivered, it's NEVER right. Tonight ordered it for a treat for the grandson who loves Taco Bell. At least half the order was missing and everything else was just thrown together in a manner that made it inedible. GrubHub could only refund for the missing items. I worked fast food as a teenager. It's not that hard to get it right.

We came here 2 nights ago and looked like there were only 2 employees working. We only ordered a few items and waited 15-20 minutes and the food was cold once we got it. I don't blame the kids working, but please hire more staff and better management.

This location has gone downhill fast. 45 minutes to receive an order in the evening. Drive thru and take out are both running 45+ minute with 5 employees. Need to hire/train better.

Constantly have issues with their hours. Closing earlier and being short staff I understand. But this morning. I went to go get breakfast it was 10:12am I remember exactly cause I checked the time before I got in line to make sure breakfast would still be served. And there was no one there at all. Online says opening is at 7am opening layer like 8 or maybe even 9 is fine but still not being open at 10am and having no signs or anything anywhere. That’s a bit ridiculous

I've had one decent experience out of the last five or so times I've attempted to get food from this location. They left the drive-through window unattended for 13 minutes after I had paid for my order this evening. When I finally waved someone down to ask what was going on, he stated that the fryers were down and they probably couldn't make my order, then left again. I gave up and went in to get a refund, which took another 10 minutes. A bad day here and there would be understandable, but it's every day here. Avoid at all costs.

I didn't get the dude's name but today I pulled up around 1pm and he was running the window, the counter and filling the drinks. I was impressed at how he remembered the orders at the drive thru while working the counter etc. My meal was hot and tasty. Thanks!
