Wendy's is foul!! Ordered the Spicy Chicken Asiago Bacon Ranch w/extra onion + pickles. Here's what we received - no Asiago cheese, bacon, tomato or onion.
It was late after 10pm, we were hungry and had already made it back home and started eating. Called them that night and next day. Ask if they answered. Those sandwiches aren't cheap, either!!
Our fault, though. Second week in a row they did this. Didn't learn the first time.

People here hate their lives and it shows.. Ordered the cheddar jalapeño spicy and it came hella small 1/3 normal size.. Not worth it.. Next time I'm smashing it on their window

Honestly probably the worst Wendy's I have ever been to unfortunately. Obviously there is something up here, but you can sit in the drive through on average about 20 minutes and if you're lucky 40 minutes (not exaggerating). Not sure what's going on in there, by the time the food gets to you it has been sitting there for quite a while and is pretty cold. This his has been my experience at this Wendy's consistently.

I was having a horrible day, and the boyfriend wanted to cheer me up. Despite having run out of Chocolate Frosty mix (I mean, ugh! Inconvenient!!) The employee who helped me was SUPER friendly, and made my bad day a bit better with allowing me to use humor to get over my disappointment of the no chocolate frosty crime. My order required extra time(always does, never a problem) and she kept us informed of the wait and made sure to get us our order quickly as possible. So thank you. Would be 5 stars but... Come on, Chocolate Frosty Mix; isn't there a sub-basement under every store where ginormous mounds of it are stored? I mean, there is, right? RiGht??!

They were just an absolute mess. The card reader broke. All good, it happens. But then they seemed to have everyone just scrambling around in a panic. I had 3 people try to hand me stuff, which of course meant I wasn't going to get what I ordered and it just wasn't worth it. This review is because I paid $10 for about $4 worth of food and stayed in the drive thru for about 20 minutes.

Management needs a lot of training. Witnessed a manager throw a remade sandwich across counter onto floor, then refused to acknowledge customer and refused to speak or adreess issue. I mentioned my opinion the action was not right and was told I could leave. They held my order because I gave an opinion? Great customer care. Manager did nothing to de-escalate, but made it worse by ignoring everyone. Took 30 minutes to finally get my order after another employee took care of it.. DO NOT PATRONIZE THIS BUSINESS.

The food was amazing but they need to inform the man in the electric wheelchair, that he needs to say excuse me or have a beeper. He ran over my foot this last weekend. And just looked at me like it was my fault for standing where you get your food. Mind you, that space is tiny and there is a whole other side he could have gone around. I would have confronted the manager but she looked so stressed out. Happened May 27, at around 1140. Just awesome.
