Burger King

This is what I like to see 🙌🏽 Stopped in during late dinner hours on a Friday night, my Impossible Whopper was broiled nicely & generously covered in extra veggies as I kindly asked for, & my large fry was overflowing with fries 👏🏽 Not to mention the staff was friendly, attentive & prompt - with 3 staff members working, (wish I caught their names, a hispanic gentleman & woman, & a younger hispanic guy who took my order) I only waited 5 minutes in the lobby. Compared to other local BKs, this was one of my best experiences - job well done, this will be my BK spot from now on! Appreciate the great service!

This lady was the WORSTTTTT, NO CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS!! My coworker and I came in during lunch, we ordered our food and we sat down and started chatting. This woman came to the table with our order and stated, "Someone wasn't paying attention to their order number" and put our food on the table. We went back to the front to ask for condiments and napkins and she had an attitude, I don't care how busy it is, or how frustrated you are at work, customer service is essential! She made my experience here an unpleasant one and I won't return!

If I could give them 0 stars I’d do it. Spend your money else where & save you some trouble. Half of my items are missing, didn’t notice until I got home. The store doesn’t have a number where you can contact them. Which doesn’t even make sense logically. Took forever to even get my order. DO NOT RECOMMEND !

So, standard BK menu, nothing fancy, no surprises. But the pleasant part is the staff and the care they put into the space. I usually order a custom imposs. whopper and it always comes out as I expect - hot, juicy, quite flavorful with veggies falling out everywhere. But again, the staff and the space are very nice. They put some real care into keeping the dining area and order area clean and during holiday season, they put some real effort into decorations.

So this review is actually a joint review of both McDonald’s and Burger King - I guess it is more about the King than the Clown. Burger King was trying to compare the BigMac -which to me is a very iconic sandwich… with the BigKing…. The two don’t compare at all in my opinion- We all have an opinion and this is mine. I grew up with both places, but I had a McDonald’s a football field away for 5-6 years as a kid. The Whopper is my favorite out of the two and the BigMac is a close second of the two. Most of us have heard the McD jingle about the BigMac …. The BigKing has along way to go to come even with the BigMac.
