We ordered for delivery via DoorDash, and the food was scheduled to be delivered around 7:15 PM. At 9:00, the food arrived. Well, not our food. We had ordered two chicken sandwiches, a six-piece nuggets entree, fries, and a vanilla Frosty. The food that came was, instead, two burgers, fries, cheese fries, and a chocolate Frosty. We don't know whether this was someone else's order, whether the deliveryman took the wrong order, or whether Wendy's themselves messed up our order.
We attempted to call the corporate customer service line, but they were closed for the day (should be 24/7). We then attempted to contact the local Wendy's restaurant (the restaurant the order came from), but they did not pick up the phone after five calls.
We have only been there one other time, but here is a run-down of that experience: the cashier tried to argue with us when we asked where our Frosty was, claiming that we didn't order one. (His colleague had to inform him that we did, indeed, order a Frosty.) The tables were dirty and clearly hadn't been cleaned in a few hours, and there were no napkins at the drink/concession area to clean off the tables ourselves. The food also took longer than you might expect when there was no one else in the restaurant. That experience might've earned 2/5 stars (possibly even 3/5 because the food was very good), but after this experience, we have given up trying with this Wendy's location.
Updated ( As of 5/7/22): After avoiding this place after our last fiasco, we decided to revisit this place, as opposed of ordering through door dash to avoid any incidents. The place was very empty when we went; at first we were worried that the resturaunt was pickup/delivery only. However, the guy at the counter greeted our order and handed us our receipt. Now be warned; the inside was very dirty and unkept. It seems they were m ore worried about the drive-thru/online orders than people wanting to order and dine in. The floors hadnt been swept, the condiment station had trash around it, the tables were dirty with crumbs with some of the chairs not even pushed in. Everything else was fine though - the drink machine they have had any drink we could for, the food ready in no time, had our order correct, even the fries were salted to perfection, with the chicken having that perfect amount of crisp to much on. I recommend going for the food, but I would not for place to sit in and enjoy your meal. If I return to this place in the distant future, I'll be taking it to-go!

Slowest service of my freaking life !! Came inside and no one is moving with a purpose. The lady at the front took almost 20 minutes to prepare one door dash order. I get workers are short but Jesus Christ wendys y’all have to do better. There’s no reason the line is wrapping around both inside and outside

We are officially sick of this Wendy's! We went through the drive-thru and the lady giving us our bags and drinks wasn't saying a WORD, just sticking her hand out the window looking the other way. That was awkward. Then we got home and were missing a drink, fries, and a whole combo! Plus, they didn't give dressing for one of the salads. Our family is too big food is too expensive to keep experiencing the same repetitive mistakes with these fast food places. Not going back for a LONG time if ever again.

Ugh this is like the 4th time I’ve been thru the drive thru ordered 2x biggie bag double stack and asked them to add mayo lettuce tomato onion and bacon paid the extra and nothing on it but pickles and onion this is so irritating I’m all the way home and find out I have been ripped off AGAIN! I call and it just goes to a busy signal I’m so mad I may never eat Wendy’s again

They aren't as efficient as they used to be and the fresh toppings has gone out the window now we have to settle for non crunchy lettuce n tomatoes which sucks and I asked for fresh off the grille everytime and I still have to go back and ask for items to be replaced..

Terrible service and lazy workers. Went to the drive through at 11:50 pm and tried to get my mobile order, no response. Thought the intercom was broken so I left to see the employees just standing around pursing their lips at the window like I just interrupted their break or something. Why be open until 1 am if your gonna stop working all together and just stand around before midnight?
