I am extremely disappointed and offended by the customer service at this location. When I lived in the area several years ago I would go to this location daily for purchases and it has never been So Bad. Saturday night about 10pm the young man not even wearing uniform but a brown hoody drawn tight around his face working the counter rang up my order, I tried to pay using my credit card with the touch less option. I didn't accept the touch less option so I inserted my chip. For whatever reason it irritated him because he started pushing buttons on the computer, ironically it still wasn't accepting my card. He immediately went to the other register and started to ring up other customers while doing this he yells out "Its Decline You'd don't have any Money". I know for sure this isn't true, cause Frankly it just isn't. I eventually use the same card to make my purchase after I was passed up by customers behind me in line. I demanded a receipt and he says to me "Don't be mad at me because You don't have any Money". I had just left from being on a date with my wife and I'd like to think I was dressed to the T. For this person to try to embarrass me in front of a store full of people including my wife was unbelievable to me. It completely blew my mind when I finally understood the true issue. With that being said this place doesn't have to worry about my Money anymore.

I've been there a few times. Night crew always friendly and helpful. But be careful during the day. This guy was proud to tell me his name is Raphael. Like he knows nothing will happen because of his behavior. During the day has an attitude problem and is incredibly rude. This is not the first time dealing with him. My advice, just don't walk in for lunch.

Never coming to this store ever again. Horrible service and such rude employees made it the worst 7-eleven that I've ever been to. Such a petty attitude from the employees. They treat their customers poorly or how they call, "Messes." This type of unprofessional behavior should not be taken out on the customers. To whomever comes here, there is no guarantee that you will be treated with the respect of a customer that you should have. These people need to find a way to better their rude behavior and stop treating the CUSTOMERS with such disrespect. This amateur service is pathetic.

My family and I went to get some slurpees from this store but did not know that the promo ended at 7. An employee approached us with an attitude and told us to leave the store and said that they don't need more messes like us in the store. I understand that she has the right to ask us to leave, but not in such an unruly way. She was rude and should speak to her customers as such. My daughter and whole family was there and she had the nerve to just employ that we were 'messes.' I will never return to this 7-eleven again because of this horrible disservice and hope nobody else has had to get KICKED OUT in such a manner.
