I know Wingstop did not give me a giant basket of unseasoned fries. No salt, no sugar. The fries are the best part of the order.

I’m a dasher and I called to report a issue with how I was treated in the store by staff members and the manager of tonight’s shift made it clear she didn’t want to handle any problems that might happen because when I called she kept putting me on hold and when I told her I was a dasher she had told

I had a carry out order tonight and the young ladies were amazing. Polite, professional, and accommodating. My order was correct and fresh!!!

Worst wingstop I've ever been to. 1. They messed up on the flavor of the wings due to not understanding me. Then I go back into the store and the wings taste mega sweet like there is sugar instead of salt on the fries.

Ordered online and estimated times for order readiness were not accurate. There was many people awaiting their order. Fries were dump in on side of bag. Wings were packed better and didn't leak as usual. FYI, boneless wing special is now $0.70 versus $0.60.

Estimated time is way off. Quoted 33-38 mins. Went in when the app said it was completed. Still ended up waiting. Staff said 5 more mins, 10 mins later and we still haven't gotten our meal placed over an hour ago.

Is a dirty store. The workers are lazy and don't want to work fast. Unhappy with their work and clients. What do you think the owners? I agree with people who wanted to put 0 stars.

I made a mistake and went to this wingstop during National Chicken Wing Day. I didn’t know it was NCWD and wasn’t anticipating an hour long wait for my small order. The food was delicious though and perfect for dinner with the fam before my early am flight the next day. Next time I’ll be smarter and
