2/20/22- went here on a Sunday after the lunch rush, it was around 1:15pm and there was a huge line inside. Found out after staying in line for awhile that they had been ignoring everyone in line and had only been doing the drive through. One of the workers finally acknowledged our presence when the lady at the front of the line yelled at her and another person in line was talking loudly about calling the corporate office on them. Horrible customer service at this place. I left after 20 minutes of them not serving us.

I go to other BKs but always come back to this one . Been a happy customer since 1988. We went to 3 BKs this morning trying to find one open at 6am closer to us but they all were still closed or they didn't have the breakfast menu up on the board. (THIS IS VERY COMMON FOR BK)when it comes to breakfast. Anyway always fast and courteous.

Every single time I visit this burger King they're always super fast and have very nice employees. My visit tonight went extra well because of Connor, thr employee working drive through. He was very helpful, and without hesitation got us everything we needed. Thanks again Connor.

I'm not sure what has happened with our way of thinking but to order a number 1 large with onion rings and a small box of chicken fries and receive a empty cup to fill then a bun with a dry beef patty, a single sliced tomato, a pinch of lettuce, two pickle slices and onion wrapped in Wax paper. Cold Onion rings. And nuclear dry chicken fries.And bringing back the chicken fries to deliver a shriveled up hard piece of battered chicken was not a good idea. I am not sure if it is just another company trying to please all or pisspoor management of the location.
I would like to see the burger advertised on the menu be what I receive. It has condements (katchup mustard and mayo) at the least. Warm box of onion rings and dipping sauce. Chicken fries the don't snap when you break them in half.
I will be trying Burger King in a different location just to see if it was one incident only by location.

I went to this Burger King by my house, I ordered a plan hamburger, a double whopper with cheese, no onion, with bacon, as I went through the drive through, it was wrong, I drove back in, they remade it, this time, it has onion and no bacon, when I came home, I called the store back, the person that answer the phone, said she was sorry, I the third time, I asked for the MOD, she told me sorry, I asked for the opening manager this way I can get a refund on my order, well it's now 7:02pm, let's see if I get the refund. I wasn't happy about it, I also called there customer service phone number as well to let them know what was going on too, he said they should be getting a email on the situation as well.. I've been to this place many times, this is the first time it's been the worst even. No Star from me @ all..🤬

With the Burger King being remodeled it really looks like a inviting Place more than it did before very clean the crew close to closing was very very nice actually I am glad that they remodeled this Burger King I will go there now more often

I had a flight out of DIA and was a few hours early. We popped in here to decompress before we traveled the last few miles to the airport. Unless you live in the area why else would you stop here? The staff was just as disengaged from their serves as any other fast-food staff. The food was ok which is all you could expect

You can't be serious. Horrible.
Placed online order, wasn't ready. Fine, waited fifteen minutes for someone to bring it out.
Had to go BACK through the drive thru because almost half of the order was still missing!
After returning home and starting to eat, found, not only were all the fries overcooked,, but that 3 bacon double cheeseburgers were the exact opposite of what I specified. All the stuff I hate, none of the stuff I actually asked for, including the extra cheese I paid extra for. Just in case that wasn't enough stupidity for one day, 2 of the DOUBLE cheeseburgers were SINGLE cheeseburgers. Like, did they even look at the order!?
It's all written down for you, I don't understand how they could do this bad at food service. THEY WERENT EVEN BUSY, BOTH TIMES THROUGH THE DRIVE-THRU THERE WAS ONLY ONE OTHER CAR!
The last burger that f-ed up food this bad closed within 6 months, seems like that's the way this place is headed. Maybe they'll put in a Chick-fil-A. Good riddance.
