Subway

THIS IS THE WORST SUBWAY EVER!!!! We placed an order online at 8:25 order should have been ready at 8:50. Husband showed up early and the two people that worked there ignored him. He waited for 10 mins! Then they tell him that they cancelled his order! First of all don’t be lazy! Second just cause you hate your job don’t take it out on customers! Third your customer services skills are horrible!!! Even the other customer that was there stated how rude it was! NOT ONLY DID HE WALK OUT WITH OUT FOOD BUT THEY WERE RUDE! STAY AWAY! We were only trying to feed our kids!

Sandwiches were great, cookie order was wrong, and because we ordered off, subway app, we were cheated out of the bottled water that was to be part of the meal deal - stating they didn't have any... I assure you that a gas station has bottled water. My thought: if you're going to have a Subway as part of your place, they should participate fully as one.

It's ok. The one at Quincy and Buckley is bigger and has a seating area. This one has one poor, lonely, cranky woman making sandwiches for everyone, and the other store usually has a few people working, although I have not been there for a while. Maybe they are really shorthanded too since no one wants to work anymore. The lady today did get our order right, unlike the crapshoot at most fast food places. But then, we did watch her make it, so it's kind of hard to screw it up. Both Subways are about the same distance from my house. Guess which one I'll go to next.

I had a really bad experience at this place the attendant was so rude i ask for a sandwich and she was like ok but i can not toast the bread because i just clean the oven :/ but.... the way she said that with attitude! Hey come on you know how many restaurants are in this area???? This person should be grateful for the job she has but looks like she doesn’t care you should give the opportunity to a person who really needs the job anyways we won’t cone back to this place.
